See what a Maserati MC20 looks like without a roof
The MC20 supercar became the first mid-engined Maserati in 16 years and is presented so far only in a coupe body, but the artist decided to correct this shortcoming.
Maserati's recently unveiled new flagship is the ideological successor to the MC12. One of the distinguishing features of the elegant appearance of the MC20 are the doors, which the Italians called "butterfly wings". Russian designer Nikita Aksyonov decided to creatively rethink the supercar's appearance: look at what the Maserati MC20 looks like without a roof. The render shows the car in the back of a spider and the lack of a hard top did not spoil it at all: the MC20 even became somewhat similar to a Ferrari.
The new Maserati is equipped with a 3.0-liter turbocharged V6 engine producing 630 horsepower and an eight-speed "robot". The coupe accelerates from zero to 100 kilometers per hour in 2.9 seconds, and the MC20 overcomes the 200 kilometers per hour mark in eight seconds. The maximum speed of the supercar is 325 kilometers per hour. In addition, it will be available with an electric powertrain that will allow the MC20 to sprint to 100 in less than 2.8 seconds.
