🚨🇷🇴 : Romanian prosecutors have 180 days until they are mandatory required to indict Andrew Tate and Tristan on criminal charges in the 2nd case.

They have until January 2025.

Tate brothers soon to find out if they will stand trial in the first case.

Tate brothers are currently fighting two cases, there is a possibility a third one is pending in Romania.

And other cases in foreign countries.

🚨🇷🇴 : Short explanation on the latest ongoing legal saga in the Andrew Tate case and today’s court hearing.

Today the court postponed the pronouncement of the decision whether the Tates would go to trial until November 12.

November 12 is the day the court will announce the decision, no more delays after this.

The judges are requiring prosecutors to accurately identify and calculate the assets and financial assets connected to each defendant’s alleged criminal actions.

So what DIICOT needs to do IF the case is sent back to the prosecutors office:

- This breakdown must also show how these amounts relate to each individual victim impacted by these actions.

- DIICOT must specify which assets and funds are directly linked to each crime and victim mentioned in the indictment.

DIICOT would probably have a week or so to address these concerns…

Then the case would be reviewed again and possibly be ordered to proceed to trial.

There is a possibility that if DIICOTs indictment had a load of procedural errors that the judges would end up dismissing the case but there is a very low chance this happens. Probably 1 in a billion.

Tate brothers were initially ordered to stand trial in April but Tate brothers legal team appealed the courts decision.

Tate brothers legal defense filed a request to have all court hearings and the trial behind closed doors preventing journalists from being in the court room.

DIICOT prosecutors are seeking another 30 days of house arrest for Andrew Tate.

🚨🇷🇴 : DIICOT prosecutors wrote multiple international letters and requested to UAE authorities to provide the Romanian prosecutors with the location of the $5M dollar Bugatti Chiron and forfeit the luxury car to DIICOT.

UAE judicial officials declined to cooperate with DIICOT and will not be giving the location.

🚨🇷🇴 : Tate brothers legal team requested additional evidence from DIICOT in their appeal.

DIICOT prosecutors have been ordered to address the Tate’s defense team’s request on October 29.

If the case gets sent back to DIICOT then prosecutors will have to adjust and add additional assistance to the Tate indictment, a failure to do so could lead the judges to dismiss all charges against the Tate brothers.

If Tate’s appeal gets denied, then the judges will order the Tates to stand trial on all charges against them.
