Parents of the pipe band world (and non-parent babysitters), what is some advice you have for new parents where one or both parents are in a pipe band? What age did you start bringing the kids around the band? How do you manage the kid(s) at a highland games? Did you do anything to encourage (or force?!) them to take up an instrument?
