"Con 'A God-given aneurysm' trato de volver a mi estilo ambient-drone original, pero esta vez basado en samples y sintes y sin prescindir por completo de percusiones. En cuanto a los temas, el corte (¿single? ¿EP? ¿LP? Está un poco en tierra de nadie en cuanto a formato y duración) trata el fanatismo cristiano/católico y el pensamiento religioso esquizoide, para lo que empleo recortes del mismísimo Kiko Argüello, mantras hindúes, varios tutoriales sobre recibir e interpretar visiones divinas y desvaríos varios sobre reprimir las propias necesidades sexuales".

"On 'A God-given aneurysm' i wanted to revisit my original ambient-drone style, but this time is sample and synth based and i haven't completely ditched the percussions. Theme-wise, it deals with christian/catholic fanaticism and religious schizophrenic-like thinking, featuring soundbites from none other than Kiko Argüello himself, hindu mantras, various youtube tutorials over receiving and recognising godsent visions and ravings about repressing one's sexual needs".

Este nuevo proyecto de Crab Dealer Records parte de bases alejadas de las anteriores grabaciones del sello, al seguir las normas compositivas, de grabación y de producción propias de una jam session.
A su vez, también se aleja de los paisajes sonoros asentados en la electrónica para sencillamente crear un sludge/post-metal lánguido, meditativo y crudo. Siguiendo referencias del género actuales como Erdve o Monastr, así como proyectos ya sobradamente consagrados como Amenra, Fall of Efrafa o Thou, tampoco pierde sensibilidades relativas al drone (Earth, Eno) o al sonido del hardcore belga de la H8000.
A nivel lírico, con un explícito posicionamiento político, referentes poéticos como Miguel Hernández o Edith Lagos han sido cruciales en la composición; junto al espíritu minimalista y rabioso de las letras de Godflesh.
El primer trabajo "I" saldrá el 2 de octubre de 2023.

Under the sign of Crab Dealer Records, new project Debellatio departs from brand new foundations as opposed to the label's traditions, by starting up with a jam session system in terms of composition, production and recording.
At the same time, it also departs from electronic soundscapes in order to establish a raw, languid, meditative sludge/post-metal sound. Following fellow genre contemporaries such as Monastr and Erdve, and consecrated projects such as Amenra, Fall of Efrafa or Thou, it does not renounce drone (Earth, Eno) or H8000 hardcore sensibilities.
Lyrically, with an explicit political alignment, poetic references such as Miguel Hernández and Edith Lagos have been essential; along the minimalistic, rabid spirit found in Godflesh's lyrics.

Hello world! Crab Dealer Records presenta su primer proyecto como sello. Un álbum colaborativo (TrustSuspicionDeath, Thoughtloop, Acousmosis) de música electrónica experimental.
Las Crab Dealer Sessions nacen con el afán de poner en valor el Do It Yourself y el amateurismo en su forma más pura. Por eso, todas las canciones incluidas en este recopilatorio se han grabado y producido por entero en nuestras habitaciones, estudios caseros o locales de ensayo, sin mezclas ni masterizaciones externas, algo que pretendemos que se convierta en el santo y seña de todas las Crab Sessions que, esperemos, se publiquen en un futuro.
