Time.
✍️Time always moves forward. Past does not matter. There is no point looking at the stock price at which you bought stocks.
Only thing which matters is the now price and how much it can jump from there. If a stock is going down, it’s far better to bail out now and cut losses. Remember, when prices fall, they fall from higher value to lower value and vice versa when they rise. This means 10% loss is not same as 10% win. As an indicator, look at the image below. You will need to recover 100% to cover a loss of 50% . If you understand this concept, stop loss and take profit will be much easy to understand.
So please put stop loss on every stock you own💚

A man sees a snake dying in flames and decides to free it from the fire. As soon as he catches it, the snake bites him causing excruciating pain. The man immediately drops the snake and the reptile falls back into the burning flames.

At this point the man, looking around, finds a metal pole and uses it to take the snake from the flames again, saving his life.
