Sources BC and The Church of the Holy Trinity in White Rock are running a homeless outreach program and a daycare out of the same tiny facility, exposing my son and other children to witnessing drug use, drug paraphernalia, and open alcohol bottles that are being left on church property, which also serves as the children’s play area. Join our cause to help stop funding for Sources BC and stop the funding for The Church of the Holy Trinity. By supporting Sources BC and The Church of the Holy Trinity, you are supporting exposing kids to drugs and alcohol!
We have spoken to Fr. Joseph Dirbas at the church and George Passmore at Sources BC. My 13-year-old son and I witnessed a person who was attending the outreach program go to the side of the church and do what appeared to be drugs. The window where the drugs were being used was one that faces the daycare. Can you imagine if kids witnessed this? I made someone at the church aware of this and Joseph eventually went out to chat with the person but even afterwards, this type of disturbing behavior was continued and essentially endorsed by the church and Sources BC.
Countless neighbors in the area are concerned and have witnessed a drastic increase in the amount of drug users in the area, needles left around our area, and package thefts. Worse yet, it's only a matter of time before a child gets seriously hurt by picking up a needle or drinking from a leftover alcohol bottle.
How can The Church of the Holy Trinity, Fr. Joseph Dirbas, George Passmore from Sources BC, and others at these organizations expose kids to this?
