When we talk about today’s modern era of rappers the diversity has reached its peak. We can hear lyrical rappers, new wave trap stars & a thousand more variants. Going along with this New HipHop Wave doesn’t mean the lyrics don’t have to mean nothing. Metaphors, calmly delivered punchlines & absurd humor is accompanied by the nastiest 808’s, futuristic synths & more. This while being able to produ

ce & mix his own records feels like a certain recipe for destruction. In the summer of 2013 a young Mitchelangelo became very much into HipHop & rap, he was obsessed by the likes of 50 Cent, The Black Eyed Peas, Wiz Khalifa & Eminem. He started writing his own lyrics at the age of 10 & never quit. On the age of 15 he surprised his whole school with a performance at a Talent Show. From that moment he has been releasing music & working on his craft on a daily basis. May the 808’s destroy all speakers.

Afgelopen zondag heeft het Young Vision team een speciale kans geboden aan een ambitieuze unieke jongeman. 👑

Wij zijn van mening dat iedereen de kans moet krijgen om de eerste stappen te kunnen zetten richting hun grootste dromen, hierin zijn beperkte mensen geen uitzondering voor ons. 🎙

Samen met ons begeleiding kon Jamy Descamps (19) zijn long awaited dream realiseren in de Young Vision studio. 👁

Afgelopen donderdag hebben & een bezoekje gebracht aan hun oude middelbare school. 📚

Ze kwamen de leerlingen van het GO! Lyceum te Gent een verfrissende workshop brengen over het ontstaan van de rapcultuur binnen de HipHop wereld. 🎧

Na een korte presentatie & interactieve kahoot mochten de leerlingen zichzelf bewijzen met een korte rap performance voor de klas. 🎤

De leerling met de beste performance heeft hierbij een gratis studiosessie gewonnen in onze gloednieuwe Young Vision opnamestudio. 👁

Lokaal rapduo .be laat jullie kennismaken met de nieuwste opkomende sound uit het West-Vlaamse, terwijl het Gentse met zich meebrengt om te tonen wat het waard is. 👁

Voor de performances brengt de HipHop tot stand met zijn set. Hierna sluiten & de avond af met verse Techno & Techhouse. 🔈
