My Sittu used to call me that, and she passed this week…right as we hit 10k. It feels surreal to be celebrating and grieving at the same time, but maybe that’s what life is about: holding both. ♥️

This milestone means more than just a number..it’s been years of learning to show up for myself, to pause, and to find joy in the little things.

Here’s to more women, more growth, and more softness in the process. 🫶🏼

I used to obsess over whether someone would make me happy.

I’d picture how things could be if they just grew, changed, or finally “got it.”

But I’ve learned that waiting on potential is just emotional gambling.

Now I pay attention to how I feel right now.

Do I feel seen? Do I feel safe? Do I actually like who I am when I’m around them?

Because love isn’t supposed to be a future project.
It’s supposed to be a present feeling. 💭

I almost didn’t go.

I kept waiting for someone to come with me. For the timing to line up. For life to feel a little less lonely.

But nothing changes until you stop waiting.

Somewhere between the airport and the quiet moments alone, I realized how much life I’d been putting off out of fear.

some days being single feels like the best thing in the world

and some days it feels heavy

i’ve had those spirals where you convince yourself you’re behind or missing out, and honestly… those thoughts can eat you alive if you let them

what’s helped me is learning how to interrupt the spiral before it takes over

i started creating little rituals that snap me back into my power, reminding me that this season of life is mine, and i get to decide what it looks like

that’s actually why i put made my main character confidence reset guide: it’s the exact basic steps i use when i feel myself slipping into “ugh, i hate being single” mode

because truthfully? you don’t need to wait for a relationship to feel whole, confident, or magnetic
