3 years married and what a beautiful year it's been 🥲🙏

We recently did a small home renovation in preparation for our very first family Christmas dinner 🎄 And we packed it all into one VERY BUSY WEEK IN PLAYA DEL CARMEN 😅

We vlogged the whole week, where we take you to 5th Avenue, we go shopping, share the renovation bts and the Christmas prep 🎄 Plus, I vlogged one entire day out in Playa, SPEAKING ONLY SPANISH - it was so hard but I promised myself that I'd vlog in Spanish by December, and here we are 🇲🇽

We know that this time of year can be difficult for some 🎄 Our wish is that you're able to find peace & contentment with all you already have 🫶

Happy holidays and we'll see ya'll in 2025 with lots of fun new adventures around Mexico ✌️

We finally got to try out the BRAND NEW slide at Xplor Park!

The massive 5-in-1 slide is the only of its kind in the world, and it's known as The Taboganxote (Ta-bo-gan-SH-ote).
We don't want to give too much away, but it was the most fun we've ever had on a water slide 🫢😅

We finally got to try out the BRAND NEW attraction at Xplor, known as Toboganxote 🥳🤩 This 5-in-1 mega slide is the only one of its kind in the world, and we can now say from personal experience, that it definitely lives up to all the hype 🙌

In December 2023, the Mexican government inaugurated the first passenger train service in the Yucatan Peninsula, known as the Tren Maya. The project is set to offer routes from Chetumal to San Cristobal in the state of Chiapas, in hopes of dispersing tourism more equally across the South of the country. This new mode of transportation could be a serious game changer in terms of not just tourism, but also economic upliftment in the region. The launch got off to a bit of a rocky start but we’re here a few months later to assess the efficiency of this new railway system.

We made a video sharing the full experience of travelling from Cancun to Merida, and we briefly touch on why the Tren Maya is such a controversial project 🚂🇲🇽

When I moved to Playa del Carmen, Mexico with my then-boyfriend, I never imagined I’d end up exploring the city solo. Now that Geovanny’s back at work, it’s mostly just me and baby Ted 🧸, and let me tell you, it’s been quite the adventure.

In this vlog, I’m taking you along for a typical day in Playa del Carmen. I’ll share what I’ve learned and all the experiences I’ve had so you can be better prepared for your own move to Mexico.
