Introducing Tool Tuesday! Every Tuesday we'll post a tool that benefits neurodivergent minds. Today's tool is the Forest app from Forest , which helps you stay focused on your task at hand and not get sucked into other apps on your phone.

At the start of your focus period, plant a seed, and as you work on your tasks, your seed will grow into a beautiful tree. Overtime you'll have a lush forest as a beautiful reminder of all you're hard work!
