Tessa is the founder of Tessa Faye Talent, a Career Consulting business for those pursuing creative endeavors. She keeps a bi-coastal roster of 100+ actors, coaching privately via Skype, and jumps behind the table from time to time as a Casting Associate, Creative Consultant and most recently, Producer. She has cast for both voiceover and stage, with accounts ranging from small animation projects and radio voiceover to large scale Shakespearean productions. Tessa consults on image and branding for Aaron Lenhart Photography, in NYC and LA, and has been his resident stylist since 2015.
