Foolio must bing a multi-million dollar civil rights lawsuit against the JSO
Young Jacksonville rapper, Foolio's, attorney, Lewis Fusco explains how the Jacksonville Sheriff's Office no longer functions as a law enforcement agency and is now, essentially, running a Young African Capture Program instead. Attorney Fusco explains how the JSO's primary goal is to put felonies on as many innocent Black youth as possible by arresting them strictly for made-up or imaginary crimes. Foolio must bring a multi-million dollar civil rights lawsuit against the JSO. Full interview here:

Shabbiest lawyer in Jacksonville/State Attorney Leah Allison Owens is tough on crime.... but when the crime committed is made-up or imaginary, and when the supposed criminal is a Black kid under the age of 18, Leah Owens is even tougher than usual. She built her career on sending 6 Black minors to jail for having prop guns in a music video... even though her own firearms expert said there was no way to tell whether they were actually guns based on her only real evidence: Youtube Time-Stamps & Screenshot.

Jacksonville Prosecutor Breaking Laws and Lying to Judges
If you live in Jacksonville beware of psychotic prosecutor, Leah Allison Owens. After spearheading "Operation Rap Up," in which she arrested 6 Black children for having prop guns in music videos... She threatened a witness for the defense, in another case, with prison time if she testified on behalf of her boyfriend. In her mind, Leah Owens' job is to send as many young Black kids to prison as possible (esp. for made-up crimes)... and if you make this job harder by testifying for the defendant, she will try to send you to prison and then blatantly lie to the judge's face, as you can see in-full here:

Father-Son cop duo beat-up woman on camera
After getting drunk and beating-up a young mother outside of a bar, father-son cop duo, Hunter Sullivan and Dennis Sullivan, were punished with only 15 and 25-day suspensions respectively... for what is clearly serious assault and battery. Most people would be sent to jail for beating up a woman on-camera, but Dennis Sullivan plans to retire with all his benefits intact after 30 years with the Jacksonville Sheriff's Office.

JSO Officers/woman beaters: Hunter and Dennis Sullivan
Father-son cop duo, Hunter and Dennis Sullivan, of the Jacksonville Sheriff's Office beating a young Black woman as if trying their best to cause her lasting, permanent damage. Their reason: she asked them to stop calling her "white trash" (which they were calling her for some reason). What are the odds that the only time Hunter or Dennis Sullivan ever beat-up a woman it just so happened to also get caught on camera?

JSO Father-Son Duo Hunter and Dennis Sullivan Beat Woman Down
Jacksonville Sheriff's Office woman-beating, father-son duo: Detectives Hunter and Dennis Sullivan. Hunter and his daddy, Dennis Sullivan, went full-strength MMA on a young Black mother after inexplicably calling her "white trash" over and over again. When she asks them to stop, they put multiple beat-downs on her. Officer Dennis Sullivan plans to retire with all his benefits after 30 years of wreaking havoc as a JSO cop... what are the chances that the only/first time Dennis Sullivan beat the bejeezus out of a woman it just happened to be caught on camera? Officer poorly impersonates Black person while unlawfully arresting rapper, Offset
This officer from the Clayton County Sheriff's Office in GA is pretending not to know who Offset is.... right before he arrests him unlawfully and for no reason at all. As usual, you can tell a white police officer is crooked and probably trying to do you harm when he starts talking in a fake jive Black voice like this cop: "oooo ah like dat red interior. Yuhh das a nice car nah'm sayin." When a cop or a white person talks to you like that... it means they don't see you as a real person and most likely have something bad in store for you. When a white police officer starts speaking/misusing unrehearsed, awkward, and unnecessary Black slang… it should indicate he has something bad in store for you, and is at the very least trying (not very cleverly) to trick you into incriminating yourself.
Prosecutor Blatantly Lies to Judges & Commits Witness Tampering
Prosecutors cannot legally threaten witnesses for the defense during a trial. They definitely can't tell a witness she will go to prison if she testifies on behalf of her boyfriend's innocence. That's what Prosecutor Leah Owens did...However, this is only the time Leah Owens got caught. Imagine how many times Leah Owens has threatened to send witnesses to prison, if they make it harder to prove her case, without getting caught. Prosecutors don't just decide one day to start threatening witnesses for the other side. This clearly something Leah Owens feel comfortable doing, and likely does regularly.

Prosecutor Leah Owens Is Tough On (Made-Up) Crime and Children
Jacksonville Prosecutor Leah Allison Owens is extremely tough on crime... especially made-up ones. Putting together the case for "Operation Rap Up" was not easy... she had to watch hours upon hours of footage from music videos uploaded to YouTube by young Black teenagers, searching with a keen eye for all the time stamps where prop guns could be seen on screen. With no other evidence to base her charges on, she instructed the JSO to go out and arrest 6 Black teenagers all under the age of 18. In the Full Video, we also show how she threatened a witness with prison time if she testified on behalf of her own boyfriend. None of us should want to live in a country where prosecutors can prosecute you for crimes they "imagined" you committed based on a YouTube time-stamp... or threaten witnesses with prison time if they might say something that hurts the state's case.

JSO officers beat young Black mother to the ground multiple times after calling her "White Trash"
Not long before he falsely arrested Foolio, JSO Officer Hunter Sullivan went out drinking with his daddy, Officer Dennis Sullivan. Officers Hunter Sullivan and Dennis Sullivan got wasted and proceeded to repeatedly call a young Black mother standing nearby "white trash" for some reason. When she asked them to stop, JSO Officer Hunter Sullivan and his Daddy beat the young woman to the ground... multiple times. As you can see, they were clearly using their full strength to hurt this woman... just because she asked them to stop calling her "white trash."

Racist JSO Officer Tries to Talk Like A Black Person, Fails Miserably
The JSO officer who arrested Foolio on knowingly false charges speaking in unrehearsed Black slang... Jacksonville Sheriff's Office might be the shabbiest police department in the country. Officer Beau Patrick Daigle should not be allowed to work in law enforcement... he should be selling real estate. What does "You got any pressure?" even mean, Beau Daigle?

JSO Officer Uses Unrehearsed Black Slang During Interrogation (and sounds insane)
When a police officer attempts to speak to you in unrehearsed, awkward and unnecessary Black slang, it is a good indicator that he has something bad in store for you. This unscrupulous cop, who arrested Foolio for no reason at all, really thinks that Black people are not smart enough to tell when someone is imitating us poorly.

These Psychos Should Not Be Cops
In "How Rappers Get So Unlucky, Ep. 3.5: Renegade Race Warriors Beau Daigle, Hunter Sullivan and Leah Owens Capture Foolio" we break down the horrifying professional records of the two cops and the prosecutor who tried to lock Foolio up on knowingly false charges. These are the psychos Foolio and his lawyer were up against

The Renegade Race Warriors Who Captured Foolio
At the direction of Jacksonville State Attorney, Leah Allison Owens, JSO Detective's Beau Patrick Daigle and Hunter Sullivan unlawfully arrested Foolio and then subjected him to the most bizarre interrogation ever. What is even crazier is these cops' professional records. Beau Patrick Daigle ran over and killed a cyclist while speeding in his unmarked car, and Hunter Sullivan and his daddy, also a JSO officer, beat up a woman outside of a bar. Neither officer was punished and a few years later, here they are... trying to lock Foolio up on knowingly false charges. Ironically, Foolio has never been accused of any crime as bad as what these officers have already done.

Feds Use Stingray to Spy on Offset
In our "How Rappers Get So Unlucky" series we cover different examples of how law enforcement agencies use an unconstitutional device called a Stingray or Hailstorm machine to manufacture the unlawful arrest of a famous rapper. In Episode 1, we cover how the ATF and the FBI in Atlanta used one of these machines to spy on Offset and his bodyguard. These machines allow police real time access to all of your calls and texts, as well as the same for everyone in proximity to you. They even allow police to take control of your phone remotely without you even knowing. Full video on youtube:

UAP's National Civil Rights Attorney Database
If you find yourself the victim of police misconduct, it is important that you bring a civil rights lawsuit immediately. The most important decision you make will be the lawyer that you hire. Our National Civil Rights Attorney Database aims to make it easier for Black people to find experienced, competent civil rights attorneys. We hope this helps Black people avoid hiring sham lawyers who prey on economically vulnerable people by promising to help them but only end up charging extremely unreasonable fees to do little or no work at all.
