Day 3 Bali 🏝️
Delicious breakfast at the hotel, dosa! My fave
Long walks on Kuta Beach
Lots of pool
Lots of solo time
Foot massage
Solo meal at sunset with my new sunset 🌅 coloured dress. Toasting and celebrating that I made it to Bali and did this for me!!
Drinks with Dad and colleagues to end out the day.
It’s been such a nice time to switch off & just be. Thinking, day dreaming, recharging my body.
What do you love about Bali!?
Travel first!!
Haven’t had one of these for a while in Australia but had a few today.
✅ first time flying into Canberra airport, yesterday
✅ first time flying out of Canberra airport, today
✅ first time flying @linkairwaysau
✅ first time flying domestically on a plane that ,.. small!
I’ve done joy rides but never caught a flight that small. I don’t even think REX!
It felt sooo bizarre flying into Sydney today on this.
It was fun to feel the awe and wonder of travel again 🥰
Have you had a travel first lately!?
Wildlife stopover!
Between dropping Dad at the airport and our flight 5 hours later, we found a Wildlife drive! You could see Denver city from it but also felt like we were out in the wilderness.
It was free!
It was fun!
And oh so educational.
I thought we’d have to find a restaurant or a play centre to kill the time, but this was amazing.
It included walking trails, the drive, and an education centre. There was a discovery room for Finn where he could play and do craft. There was also a museum and a gorgeous gift shop, to support @usfws in protecting wildlife. It was actually setup to protect the bald eagle, USA National animal, and bring it back from the brink of extinction.
We saw bison, deer, coyotes, prairie dogs (they’re so funny with their wagging tails), hawks and more.
Highly highly recommend this activity for all ages if your in and around #Denver, #Colorado!
I’ve done some pretty cool stuff on my final transit days, but I think this might be the coolest and perfect for our animal loving toddler.

San Diego 😎🇺🇸 so far!
It’s fresh! But when the sun is out, it’s so fine.
@sandiegozoo today of course!
Best travel accessory!!
So excited to finally have a @_hackerlily #HipSurfer of my own! This launch has been long awaited and I’ve loved seeing this brand come to life.
I already knew it was awesome because I had the pleasure of trialing this baby a few months ago and knew we needed it in our lives. Finn loves being picked up and this makes it so much easier to carry him. Especially because I live up 3 flights of stairs!
Our first official outing with it was on an international flight! (Of course, it’s me!) We picked it up from the awesome founder Laura 24 hours before we flew.
Loved how easy it was to wear and Finn loved being close to my face 🥰
But also, I’m so proud of Laura as a founder and business owner. She has run the most incredible promotional and awareness campaign. I met her through @mums.and.co when she was new to Gold Coast and to see this product come into the world, and win an award already, is remarkable.
It would be a perfect gift for a parent - do yourself a favour and check it out!! Www.hackerlily.com
#GinTravelChallenge
Started a thing - #GinTravelChallenge
I love gin and my gorgeous travel buddy @possandruby does too. I know this because we hunted around in Kerala, India 🇮🇳 for it - but of course it’s pretty much a dry state. So our quest to have gin together began there.
When I found out there was a gin made in Malta 🇲🇹 I Had to try it! Lovely!! Especially made fancy by the restaurant - DaRosi.
That day Danielle and I had been talking about making more videos - so I decided this could be an incentive.
Also. Gin 🍸has definitely been the drink of choice on this trip!
So Danielle, show me your gin!
And I challenge you to join in. Tag me in your posts of gins you discover around the world 🌎 and of course you can tag a friend here to challenge them too!
Epic views in Malta
Final day in Malta 🇲🇹
And finally understanding logistics.
No wind, so super hot but glorious views
Soaking up the local tourist vibes
Playing tourists for the day!
We’ve always had an annual pass but this was the first time I took Finn to @movieworldaus.
I wasn’t sure if he was old enough at 18 months to do much and take it all in but he loved it! We even went on a little ride.
He loved the music, the colours and the energy.
He also had a love/ hate relationship with daddy duck and bugs bunny. He was excited to see them but he was also a bit nervous up close - typical kid right of passage At a theme park.
We are so fortunate to have this on our doorstep. Our local area is a world class holiday destination and I wanna make the most of it 🥰

Learning about the land on Larapinta
Learning about the land.
On day 3 of the Larapinta Trek, we had a break from walking and spent the day with three Aboriginal elders.
We were welcomed to country with a smoking ceremony after taking a walk with Hedwig and Susan. They showed us plants and explained how they can be used in medicines.
We asked questions. We listened. We learned.
It was quiet and peaceful. Susan and Hedwig spoke softly and shared their knowledge with us individually. It felt very special.
This was women’s business and as a group of women embarking on this trek, it was really important to have this time with these women.
They said the smoke was healing and used traditionally in many ways. I can still smell it now.
I’m grateful for this time on country and thankful to have been welcomed.

Lessons from Larapinta
Larapinta Trail.
Celebrating #NAIDOCWEEK
I spent 5 days trekking on the larapinta trail with @larapintaculture.
I feel grateful for the time and space that I had on country.
I’m so fortunate to have done this trek with a business that is led by First Nations People.
I commit to learning more about the land on which I live and always seeking to find out more.
The biggest lesson I took away, you get the knowledge and the learnings when you are ready. Not simply because you ask.
Patience. Time. Respect.

We made it to the Uk 🇬🇧 !
Flight was really good, but so short! Finn slept for 4.5 hours, Mummy didn’t.
The airport was super easy and went so fast, we picked up our car and went straight to GRANNIE’s house for cuddles and a nap!
Lovely day and still tired but we’ll share all about the journey soon
Stroll in Illinois
The sun came out again today after another rainy morning. It’s been so up and down this week but anytime that spring 🌼 comes to play, we jump at it.
I love this trail and walk it so often when visiting. Come for a little stroll with me.
Trying to say goodbye to @matty_quik through lots of tears and as always this one is making us laugh 😂
Falling asleep in the airport, before security, with banana bread in hand! 🤣
Save it for the plane ✈️ cutie
Very special Christmas 🎄 souvenir from 2021. Finn’s first Christmas and of course, we had to have a travel 🌍 one for #Quicknlovelly
Do you have a Christmas tradition??
I love getting Christmas 🎄tree decorations from around the world for my mum. It’s such a fun treasure hunt & makes the tree a little trip down travel memory lane!
Quick awesome tour of the #lostdogsdisco at @hotagc. Got done today with some friends for the last night of it and absolutely loved it! So did Finn! So clever and interactive. Music, colours, lights and lots of sensory fun.
Hope you bring it back #HOTA! A must see #GoldCoast special event. But at anytime this arts precinct is just an incredible place to hang out.
Mongolia 🇲🇳 memories!
I truly loved #Mongolia so much and I’m so grateful to @zendmen_travel_mongolia for making it such a special trip.
Enjoy some of our memories from 2 years ago
Flashback! He’s now 39 weeks!!
My little travel buddy is now 22 weeks old! I can’t quite believe it.
Loving tracking his progress each week on our awesome world 🌍 mat! I can’t wait to do a photo slideshow of ALL the pics at the end!
Question is: which will be his first overseas country??
Take a guess! And we‘lol check back in the future to see who was right!
Visiting the #SunshineCoast and you get a storm ⛈ 🤣🤦♀️
My darling son’s mood also reflects the weather. Takes after his father on that one haha
I do actually enjoy a stormy sea. Something soothing about it.
