Several weeks ago we went to the Humansville, MO outpost of National Mill Dog Rescue to help them with a mill dog rescue operation, working with BISSELL Pet Foundation, Wayside Waifs, RedRover and several other organizations to examine 283 dogs to certify them for travel to the shelters where they'll find forever homes.

This week on Pet Resource Radio we take you behind the scenes of what an operation of this size needs to work, and how the animal welfare community comes together to make it happen.
