I didn't share this last year, it's a little intimidating seeing artists post big numbers, but this year I decided I should. I was shocked when I saw these and am completely moved seeing so many people in so many places enjoying my art. My life has revolved around music but I never imagined that 7 years ago deciding to learn some piano would lead me here. I'm incredibly grateful for this journey, the people in my life, the listeners worldwide, and am so excited to see what the future brings!

Another circle around the sun and another year showing incredible growth! I'm so grateful for this path in life allowing me to share my music and art with so many people. I challenged myself this year and set a higher standard for what I considered "finished". These stats show me I'm on the right path and are incredibly motivating to make a push in 2024. Last year when I started to release some music so I could stream it to myself I never imagined putting together an album that I personally enjoy so much. I've been so quiet about all this, with only a few friends and random people knowing that I even make music.

I started playing piano years ago and it morphed into wanting so much more info. Information on how music works, how to make sounds, and how to play other instruments. On this album I played keys, guitar, bass, the xylophone, kalimba, and I also used sounds recorded and shaped by myself.

I am so excited to share this album with you all. This reminds me of a combination of music I love without falling into a specific category. It's my soul recorded. It's Kyle like.... Get it?

Thanks to all my friends and family who have given me feedback and so much support over the last few years. I am so grateful for the people in my life.

Finally, really happy how this all turned out. Reminds me of scrambled transmissions from a lost time. Hi Everyone! It's been almost a year since my last post, as I've been on hiatus from social media most of that time for various reasons. Life changes and stressors over the last year has had me extremely busy and mostly overwhelmed, so sitting down to play music felt like I was neglecting more important priorities. As I've been trying to keep a healthier work/life balance recently I've gotten back to playing and have just released a new single, "Getaway", on Spotify, Apple Music, Soundcloud and more! I also have a lot of music I've written over the past couple years I plan to release soon. Getaway is the first track I mixed and mastered completely in-house and as I hone my skill I hope to release an EP before the years end and my next full length album the first part of 2023.
