🇳🇴 Svartisen means Black Ice
🇳🇴 Consists of two separate glaciers, Vestisen and the Østisen. These two glaciers are separated by the 1 km. long Vesterdalen valley.
🇳🇴 Second largest glacier in Norway
🇳🇴 369 square kilometers big
🇳🇴 Runoff water from the glacier is used for hydropower production and Svartisen Power Plant is one of Norway’s largest power plants.

Blogging and recording myself in front of people, riding a huge motorcycle by myself to Lofoten, tenting by myself… all these are obsticles that I’ve had to face in my head. I am a pattern maker at Hilleberg The Tentmaker and have been working with tents a little over a year now. And for those who don’t know, a pattern maker is someone who works with the fit and form of textile products. We make the patterns for cutting out the fabric pieces of the product that is then sewn together. I feel like this trip is the perfect opportunity to really test out one of our tents. This is the Allak 2, easy to put up, room enough for me and all my gear and will stand on it’s own so rocky surfaces are not a problem ⛺️💛

Last weekend I wen’t home to celebrate my dad’s 60th birthday! 🥳 Back there I have a Ducati Monster 600 from 97 that looks pretty but won’t start 😅 I’ve been building her for 6 years almost with the help of exes, friends and professionals. The plan was to ride her to Italy two years ago but it’s just not gonna happen. Hoping maybe she can be done this year but it’s hard when I live 7 hours away. After my Lofoten trip I might have more time, cross your fingers I get her to start 🙌

Evening rides are the best 💛 Especially to heal a broken heart. To be honest I haven’t been feeling my best lately… I’ve recently been through a breakup with a person I was ready to move around the world for. I’m not going to go into the details but I guess what I wanted to say is for anyone else going through a break up, this is the time where we grow the most. We will feel better again soon. Yesterday at MC Mässan one of my absoloute biggest idols and inspirations .c.johansson held a fantastic presentation of her work as a content creator, traveller, motorcycle rider and ambassador for triumph motorcycles. I knew that she was flying in from South America just to soeek here at the event and I was over the moon excited to hear her talk. I cried a little during one part of her presentation because she is really doing such a fantastic job representing everything about solo travellers and female riders. Hanna, I thank you for travelling so far and wide just to be at MC Mässan today. One day I hope I can be as an experienced rider and traveller as you and that I also can eventually live off of my travels the way you do. Thank you for paving the way for all of our dreams, you show us that it is truly possible ❤️🏍️

I can’t really belive it but I was interviewd by on stage at MC Mässan! It was so wierd to be on stage and talk about myself and what I do here on instagram. I remember the first time I wen’t to MC mässan at 20 years old and a newbie to everything moto related. Never in my life would I have guessed that one day I’d be standing on stage talking about my travels and my love for motorcyles. It really is a dream come true 🥳

A big thank you to everyone who listened 🙏 I hope that you were inspired to do your own trip and that the women watching could feel seen and empowered. Also shout out and a VERY big thank you to for taking these photos and sending them to me. I was so nervous I completely forgot to document my interview! This meant a lot to me, you’re a very kind and thoughtful person 🙏☺️

Today I got to do something that’s been on my bucket list for a long time… I GOT TO SCUBA DIVE WITH WHALE SHARKS!!!
These gentle giants are the worlds largest fish species. The males usually grow to be around 8-9 meters while the females can reach up to 10-14 meters long. The longest recorded whale shark was 18.8 meters long!
Thier life spans are estimated to be between 80-130 years old. Whale sharks have very large mouths and are filter feeders, meaning they filter food from the water through filter pads. They feed almost exclusively on plankton and small fishes and pose no threat to humans.
Their skin is dark grey with a white belly. Each whale shark has pale grey or white spots and stripes that is unique to each individual. The skin can be up to 15 cm thick and is very hard and rough to the touch.
In the Philippines, the whale shark is called a ”butanding”. The whale shark is featured on the reverse of the Philippine 100-peso bill. By law snorkelers and scuba sivers must stay at least 1.2 m away from the sharks and there is a fine and possible prison sentence for anyone who touches the animals. However I didn’t find this to be true at Oslob because there were too many snorklers in the water and inexperienced divers like myself who couldn’t navigate quickly enough out of the way of the shark. Many times my scuba diving instructor had to pull me out of the way which I was very grateful for 💛👍

I MADE IT TO BATAD! I’m so proud of myself. I ran out of cash, took a detour, rode through two rainstorms, almost ran out of gas, arrived late and trekked through the jungle all on my own. I made it and it’s more beautiful than I imagined! ☺️🫶✨ All in time for my birthday and New Years 🎉

Hello instagram 👋 Happy Holidays 🎄
So I’ve been away for a while since the riding season has long been over in northern Sweden. However, I have some very exciting news! I AM ON MY WAY TO THE PHILIPPINES!!! 🇵🇭
I bought the tickets and is sponsoring me with a and a . The plan is:
🔸Ride north towards banaue and batad rice terraces.
🔸Fly to Cebu and borrow the Heritage. I will be doing some beach camping and whaleshark diving and maybe some waterfall canyoneering.
🔸Fly to Borocay with it’s beautiful white beaches and stunning ocean views.
🔸Lastly fly to Palawan where I will be switching to a 125cc offroad bike and do some terrain riding out in the jungle.
