One of the most under appreciated and under rated sci-fi shows of the late 90's to early 2000's was"7 Days". This show followed the missions of Frank Parker. Ex CIA mental patient turned Chrononaut saving the world by going back in time 7 Days to undo world changing events.

fellow Aussie and Top Bloke starred in this excellent show. In fact, it is one of my favorites.

Who remembers this gem?
