WEEK 6 FANTASY RANKINGS🥇🥈🥉
WEEK 6 TRADE FORS🟢AND TRADE AWAYS🔴
Pacheco - I don’t love trading for the short term, but the Broncos are so bad against running backs: They’re giving up 12 more weekly points to RB’s than any other team… Pacheco faces them twice in 2 weeks. These are 2 potential week winning performances incoming from Pacheco.
Jefferson - Jefferson will be in the trade away section as well, and it’s easy to explain why. If you’re in an 8-10 team league, or a league with a lot of playoff spots and can afford to take some losses now, trading for Jefferson can be a league winning investment that will pay off when he comes back… if you’re 0-5 or 1-4, you have to approach a winning team with Jefferson. Downgrade in the long term and upgrade in the short term by trading away Jefferson for players like: Puka, Keenan, Aiyuk, etc..
JT - If any leaguemate of yours is scared of JT because of Zack Moss, buy him off them at a discount. The Colts didn’t pay JT $42 million 1 week ago for nothing.
Olave - Olave managed to score his first touchdown this past week but failed to crack double digit fantasy points. I chalk this up as a matter of game script (being up huge and not being forced to throw).
Aiyuk/Kittle - The 49ers take turns going off each week. They hardly played in the 4th quarter against the Cowboys. When one 49ers does well, you sell them. When one 49er underperforms, you buy them. Apply that here.
TLaw - Lawrence is a good quarterback in reality, but doesn’t throw or run enough to be an elite fantasy option. He also has the single worst schedule rest of season for all QB’s.
Kyle Pitts - I knew that Pitts would have 1 bounce back week at least; he’s done the same thing the past 2 years. Pitts has the skill to have solid weeks, but if you think it’ll be consistent, you’re wrong. Ridder throwing 37 passes in a game is a huge anomaly.
Pickens - I like Pickens and don’t think you have to sell him, but I’d consider selling high given the fact that Diontae will return and the production without him hasn’t been smooth sailing with relatively inconsistent production.

WEEK 5 STARTS✅AND SITS❌
Our weekly start and sits features players who are likely to underperform or over perform their normal expectations. This post is not recommending that you should start Tyler Allgeier over Christian McCaffrey (if that is not obvious already…) but to account for different league settings and sizes, here are players that we believe CAN be startable and those that should LIKELY be sat or at least considered to be…
STARTS🟢
Kirk Cousins - Outside of week 4, Kirk has been a more than serviceable fantasy quarterback. I suspect the Vikings to be passing a lot this week (as they did weeks 1-3, 46 attempts) in what will likely be a high scoring matchup.
Jordan Love - Despite throwing 2 picks last week, Love scored 17.6 points against the solid Lions’ defense. Love now gets the much softer Raiders defense who has allowed the 9th most points to the position, along with the 5th most passing TD’s.
Dobbs - What I like about Dobbs is the rushing potential. Dobbs has averaged 46 rushing yards the past 3 weeks against good defenses, the Cowboys and 49ers. With that type of rushing potential, it almost makes him “bust proof” against a weaker defense, the Bengals.
Montgomery - Montgomery is in for a monster game against the Panthers (4th most points to RB’s) with Amon Ra St. Brown doubtful and Gibbs banged up. Full confidence for Monty.
De’Von Achane - Sadly we may not see a good representation of what a normal snap count will look like this backfield this week. I expect the Dolphins to be up big this week (12.5 point favorites) and Achane (and potentially Mostert too…) will reap the benefits of the gamescript.
matchup to no longer be on a snap count. Hall gets to face the Broncos who have allowed an average of 43.95 fantasy points against (most in league) to RB’s. That is not even close to 2nd with 32.1! This is likely going to be “the game” for Hall.
Allgeier - The Texans are a run funnel. I expect the already run heavy Falcons (28.3 attempts per game) to continue running. Allgeier can absolutely be expected to eat into Bijan’s work. I think he’s startable in a pinch (12-14 team leagues).
WEEK 5 PPR RANKINGS🏈📊
Please note that we excluded players like Jonathan Taylor and Cooper Kupp who are not confirmed playing this week (albeit both are likely). Since it's only Thursday, we've left out questionable players like them.
