It took me a 2 days to pack it all !!! 😳 In order for the RV shop to repair our walls and the kitchen slide, they needed all the weight off. Can you believe it?! 😱On our last trip we noticed the wall of our kitchen pulling away from the loft and creating a concerning gap! With so many bad stories about frame flex, we thought we were the next case on the way…We immediately reached out to a local RV repair shop and after a thorough inspection they determined that our out wall frame wasn’t fastened properly. This was a huge relief 😮💨 as frame flex is an absolute nightmare to deal with. We’ve owed our RV for 18 months now and have never had our tanks professionally cleaned. We do a backwash after every dump and use tank pods. We thought this was enough to keep our tanks clean but oh boy were we wrong! 🫣
Everett from Kleen Tank of Central Colorado spent 2 hours scrubbing our tanks and it became quickly obvious that we needed his services! Not only our black tank had 20lb of caked sediments 💩at the bottoms but our gray tanks were moldy. 🦠
Everett took the time to educate to us on holding tanks, and how to care for them properly. We are very thankful for his help and for setting us up with clean tanks! 🤗

Nous faisons un lavage à contre-courant après chaque déversement et nous utilisons des produits de maintient de réservoirs. Nous avons pensé que c’était assez pour garder nos réservoirs propres, mais nous avions tort! 😣Everett de Kleen Tank a passé 2 heures à nettoyer nos réservoirs et il est rapidement devenu évident que nous avions besoin de ses services! Non seulement notre réservoir a excrément 💩 avait 10 kilo de sédiments collé au fond, mais nos réservoirs d’eaux usées étaient moisis.🦠Everett a pris le temps de nous éduquer sur la tenue des baques, et comment y prendre soin. We try to enroll our kids in camps or school when we do extended vacations in foreign countries. How expensive is it in Tahiti❓ 🤑
I get that question a lot, and the answer is YES very expensive!! Especially imported products, you can pay up to 3 times the US price🇺🇸. But if you choose to eat locally grown 🌱produce and leave aside all processed and imported foods then it’s a bit more reasonable 🇵🇫.
As for the houses 🏡 and furnishings, it’s extremely expensive as all materials are imported🚢 .
But the true question is, was it worth it? For us, it’s an absolute YES! 💯

On nous pose cette question tout le temps , et la réponse est OUI très cher! Surtout les produits importés, tu peux payer jusqu’à 3 fois le prix américain🇺🇸. Mais si vous choisissez de manger des produits cultivés localement 🌱et de laisser de côté tous les aliments transformés et importés, alors c’est un peu plus raisonnable 🇵🇫.
Quant aux maisons 🏡 et aux meubles, ils sont extrêmement chers car tous les matériaux sont importés🚢.
Mais la vraie question est, était-ce en vaut la peine? Pour nous, c’est un OUI absolu! 💯
