Was blessed to have the pleasure to play, guard and compete against former Pelita Jaya & Bima Sakti 38 years old Dimas Aryo in this year Evergreen Intercity Tournament at Medan. He played 12 years in IBL in total splitting 6 years each for those two clubs. He also played in 2011 Jakarta Sea Game where Indonesia beat Malaysia for the Bronze medal.

GOM (Grumpy Old Men) internal tournament Season 3 where a pool of players registered themselves to be Drafted by the captains (eldest members).

I was a bit hesitant to join initially due to commitments with other tournaments but decided to join anyway.

So glad that I join as we open the season with back to back wins and thank you Rocka & Rolla captain Heather for picking me again in S3. I played for R&R in S1 and we have 4 members of A-Team including Naz who were added for playoff last season this time around.

Missing Farid and Khalis in the lineup.

Let's go Rocka Rolla!!

P.s: I was picked 42 out of 72 players in round 7 btw.

Untuk Sukan Sea, syarat dan kelayakan pemain untuk mewakili negara bergantung sepenuhnya kepada budi bicara pasukan tuan rumah dan tidak berpandukan 100% peraturan dan undang2 FIBA.

When Wong Wing Wai asked me to be a part of Putrajaya Basketball Association I laid out several conditions which also include the grass root development at Sekolah Kebangsaan and initiative.

Covid halt some of PUBA programs and activities these past 2 years and finally this year we're able to launch our first Sekolah Kebangsaan development program at SK Presint 17 Putrajaya under the leadership of PUBA President Mohd Haniff Razak.

This program also involves Putrajaya PPD support with the goal of another primary school in Putrajaya to be adopted next year to this program with PUBA.

Thankful to those behind the scene who have been supportive with PUBA and grassroot basketball development. It takes a lot of people and support to make this happen from teachers, parents, administrative and the right departments. Looking forward for more programs, activities and supports for under 12 development not just from PUBA but also from other basketball associations, clubs and states.

15 men teams will compete in this year Under 23 MPL D-League .dleague which also feature teams from Indonesia, Singapore and Brunei from 30th July to 21st August at MABA Stadium.

Where as 4 teams will battle each other in the women category with one team from Singapore among the four. Game venue is also at MABA Stadium.

Terpaksa masuk Studio 1 Astro Bukit Jalil masa Game 3 NBA Finals 2022 minggu lepas mewakili Golden State Warriors sebab wakil2 yang lain tak dapat hadir pada saat2 akhir.

Bayangkan berhadapan dengan 2 panelist yang support Boston Celtics lepastu kene berhujah dan bagi pandangan serta pendapat secara spontan. Tambah2 lagi dapat host otai yang sedikit bias (Asalkan bukan Curry dan anti GSW) yang kerja nak tanya soalan2 probok je, kalau mental tak kuat memang senang koyak bai. Dah la game ni GSW kalah 🤣

Nampak macam mudah sembang kosong kedai kopi tapi sebenarnya banyak homework, preparation dan research yang kene buat untuk bercakap secara LIVE depan kaca TV ni. Tak sama macam buat content di social media yang boleh edit dan bukan on the spot live reaction etc.

Pakai tiang gol bola jaring pun boleh training basketball. This is what is trying to achieve that is to nurture, develop and promote basketball at the grass root level but at very specific target market which is Sekolah Kebangsaan.

Kudos to Cikgu Wen Beng Heng for his passion and effort to teach anak-anak sekolah kebangsaan untuk belajar main basketball walaupun with limited resources. will try to provide a proper basketball hoop to Sekolah Kebangsaan 1 Batu 4 Jalan Ipoh.
