K-9 Draco and his two-legged chauffeur, Deputy Walter Eason, were out of town this week for a tracking class in Alabama. But let’s be honest…no self-respecting road trip happens without a mandatory Buc-ee’s pit stop.

Draco may be in training, but his nose already knows the real prize: Buc-ee’s brisket sandwiches and Beaver Nuggets. (And if you think he’s sharing, you’re mistaken.)

Don’t let the serious face fool you…this is a dog who understands the finer things in life. Training? Yea … that’s important, but SNACKS are life.

We are excited to announce our Fire District 8 family grew by one at 1609 hrs today. Mrs Willow Lynn, born to Operator Mason Krey and fiancée Rebekah, and Grandaughter of Captain Martin Krey. Congratulations to Mom, Dad and now, PAWPAW KREY. 19 and one half inches, almost half of PawPaw Krey total height.
