So much noise about what actually works—but after testing it all, here’s what I KNOW moves the needle:

1️⃣ Your Personal Profile = Goldmine
Stop relying on your business page. Optimize your profile, post value, and start conversations.
2️⃣ Facebook Groups = Instant Authority
Run your own group or show up where your dream clients already hang out.
3️⃣ Ditch the “Hey Girl” Pitches
Nobody likes a cold pitch in the DMs. Build relationships, provide value, and let the sales happen naturally.
4️⃣ Forget Viral Posts—Focus on Strategy
Going viral is fun, but consistent, strategic content is what gets you paid.
5️⃣ Engagement = Everything
Post & ghost? 🚫 Nope. Reply, react, DM, and start real conversations. Facebook (and your audience) rewards interaction.
6️⃣ Be YOU, Unapologetically
Your energy + perspective = your superpower. Stop watering yourself down to “fit in.”

Bottom line? Facebook still works—if you use it right.

A few weeks ago, I had a moment.

I was pouring time into my content—posting every day, following trends, writing “perfect” captions… and yet? Crickets. 🦗

❌ No engagement.
❌ No real connections.
❌ No clients.

I felt like I was screaming into the void while everyone else was thriving.

Then it hit me—I wasn’t saying anything real.

I was playing it safe. Posting what I thought I was supposed to.
✨ The trendy topics.
✨ The polished, professional captions.
✨ The safe, agreeable opinions that wouldn’t ruffle feathers.

And guess what? No one cared.

So I made one shift: I stopped trying to fit in.

🔥 I started saying what I actually believed—not just what felt “safe.”
🔥 I shared the messy parts of business, not just the highlight reel.
🔥 I gave my audience the truth—even when it felt risky.

And everything changed.

✅ My engagement skyrocketed.
✅ Dream clients started reaching out to me.
✅ I built a community that actually cared.

💡 Here’s what I learned: Your authenticity is your greatest marketing strategy.

People don’t connect with perfect. They connect with real.

If your content feels like it’s going nowhere, ask yourself:
👉 Are you posting what you really believe, or just what feels “safe”?
👉 Are you trying to fit in, or are you standing out?

The second you stop filtering yourself is the second your audience finally starts paying attention.
🔥 Are you ready to stop blending in and start standing out? Drop a 🔥 in the comments if you’re claiming your truth today! ⬇️

Your content isn’t bad. Your hooks are! (sorry, not sorry) 🫢

Try these 5 shifts, and watch your engagement grow!

1️⃣ Grab Attention in 1 Second
Boring first lines = instant doom. Ask a bold question, drop a hot take, or hit them with something unexpected.

2️⃣ Stop Sounding Like a Textbook
Nobody connects with “educational” posts. Tell a story. Share a win. Show your personality.

3️⃣ Make It So Easy to Respond, They Can’t Resist
People won’t write essays in your comments. Instead, ask:
👉 “One word to describe your day?”
👉 “Coffee or tea—go!”

4️⃣ Post When Your Audience Is Actually Online
Not when it’s convenient for you. Check your insights. More eyes = more engagement.

5️⃣ Tell Them Exactly What to Do Next
No CTA? No engagement. Try:
💬 “Drop a 🙌 if you’ve been there!”
💡 “Which one are you testing first? Comment below!”

Which hack are you using first? Drop a number below! ⬇️🔥

I used to spend hours staring at my screen, overthinking every post, and feeling completely drained by the time I hit “publish.” 💻

And the worst part?

It wasn’t even getting me the results I wanted. 😩

Then I realized the real problem wasn’t time—it was the way I was creating content. 🤯

I was making it way harder than it needed to be.🤦‍♀️

Here’s how I flipped the script and cut my content creation time way down:

✅ Repurpose Like a Pro –
One idea = multiple pieces of content. Turn a blog post into an Instagram carousel, a live video into a reel, or a client question into a post. Work smarter, not harder.

✅ Batch Your Content –
Spend just a few hours creating multiple posts at once. No more scrambling or wondering what to post every day.

✅ Quality Over Quantity –
You don’t need to post every single day. Two to three high-impact posts a week will do more for your engagement than five rushed ones.

✅ Schedule & Automate –
Use tools like Later, Buffer, or Meta’s planner to schedule ahead. Free up your time and let your content work for you.

When I made these shifts, everything changed.

Content stopped feeling like a never-ending to-do list, and I actually started seeing real engagement and growth.

Stop letting content creation steal your time and energy! If you need help streamlining your strategy, let’s chat.

A year ago, I was this close to giving up on my business. 🤏

I had passion. I had skills. But clients? Crickets. 😩

I tried every social media strategy I could find on Google.
✔️Posting daily? Still no leads.
✔️Hashtag stuffing? Still no engagement.
✔️Following trends? Still no real growth.

Then it hit me:
I wasn’t actually showing up where my audience was hanging out.🤯

I had social media accounts, sure.

But my content?

Random. Inconsistent. Boring. 👎

So, I flipped the script. 📜

Instead of treating social media like a chore, I turned it into my business’s biggest asset. 💪

Here’s what changed everything:
✅ I got crystal clear on WHO I was talking to. (Trying to reach everyone meant reaching no one.)
✅ I created content that actually served my audience. No fluff—just value.
✅ I showed up consistently. Even when I didn’t feel like it. Relationships take time!
✅ I tracked what worked—and pivoted when it didn’t. No more guessing.

Fast forward to today?

My DMs are full of inquiries, my content is working for me, and I’ve built a thriving business—all because I finally mastered social media.

🚨 Lesson learned: Social media isn’t just about posting—it’s about strategic visibility. When done right, it’s a client-generating machine.

The best part?

You don’t have to do it alone. 🎯

💡 If you’re tired of guessing and ready for a real strategy… let’s chat.

I help business owners:
✨ Create a social media plan that actually works.
✨ Craft scroll-stopping content that attracts dream clients.
✨ Show up without the stress or overwhelm.

Mirror, Mirror on the Wall… It’s Time to Change It All!

Have you ever looked at yourself in the mirror and thought,

“Something has to change. I don’t like what I see here”?🤔

Because let me tell you—I have.🙋‍♀️

For a long time, I hated the mirror.

It felt like it highlighted every imperfection and chipped away at my confidence, piece by piece.🧩
Before kids, I was active. 🏃‍♀️

I walked to work every day (not that I had a choice), drank tons of water (again, no choice), and felt amazing! 💪
I didn’t love everything about myself, but I was confident for the most part.

Then life happened.

I got busy, overwhelmed, and slowly let go of the habits that made me feel good.
Last year, I had an epiphany. ✨

If I hated what I saw in the mirror, it was up to me to change it.

At first, I was all in—walking, working out, chugging water like a champ. 💪

But then…life happened again.😞

I got off track, and before I knew it, I was back to old patterns.

Sound familiar?

Here’s the part no one talks about:
Staying motivated is HARD. It’s so easy to fall back into habits that feel comfortable, even if they don’t serve you.

But here’s the thing—I’m DONE with the excuses.

I’m ready to step into the best version of myself. 😁

This year, I’m fully committed to my weight loss journey, and I’m doing things differently.
✨ I’m tracking my calories and protein (and yes, I’m officially “that person” carrying a giant water bottle everywhere).
✨ I’m getting up, moving my body, and staying consistent—even when life gets hectic.
✨ And most importantly, I’m giving myself grace along the way.

This isn’t just about losing weight. 🙅‍♀️

It’s about feeling good, confident, and proud of the person I see in the mirror again.

So, here’s to 2025 being the year of change, confidence, and never giving up!

Have you ever had that mirror moment where you knew it was time for a change? Share in the comments! NO judgment—just love and support. 💕

Do you struggle to keep your audience engaged and invested in your content?

You’re not alone – I’ve been there too.

But the truth is, engaging content doesn’t have to be complicated.

It’s all about making connections that resonate and bring value. 🧠

Here are 7 simple tips to boost your content game and connect with your audience in a deeper way:

1️⃣ Know Your Audience’s Pain Points – The more you understand their struggles, the better you can craft messages that speak directly to their hearts.

2️⃣ Tell Your Story – People don’t just want information; they want to know YOU. Share your journey and how you’ve overcome challenges. It builds trust! 💕

3️⃣ Ask Thought-Provoking Questions – Start conversations by asking questions that make your audience think. Encourage them to share their thoughts in the comments!

4️⃣ Use Personal Testimonials – Social proof is powerful. Share client success stories that showcase how your coaching has made a real impact. 📈

5️⃣ Create Shareable Content – Make your posts so valuable and insightful that your followers want to share them with their networks. 🌐

6️⃣ Be Consistent (Not Overwhelming) – Regular posting is key, but don’t burn out! Focus on quality over quantity and stay authentic. 👌

7️⃣ Provide Actionable Tips – Offer bite-sized, easy-to-implement strategies that your audience can use right away. Let them walk away feeling empowered!

Remember, your content is your voice online. 🗣️

Make it matter!

If you’re ready to start creating content that actually connects, drop a “🙋‍♀️” below and let’s chat about how you can stand out in a crowded space!

For as long as I can remember, I hated reading. 📖

Like, truly hated it. 🤬

I wasn’t the kid who got lost in a story or begged their parents to buy the next book in a series.

Nope. 🙅‍♀️

Instead, I would find every shortcut possible—like skipping straight to the last chapter so I could avoid the rest of the book.

Looking back, I think my dislike for reading came from how much we had to do it in school. 👩‍🏫

It was everywhere:
15 minutes of reading in English class, 30 minutes in creative writing, more reading in science class, and then—just when you thought you were safe—reading in your downtime. 📘

And let’s not even get started on those dreaded book reports.

It didn’t help that I’ve never had a big imagination. 💭

I wasn’t the kid running around with imaginary friends or pretending the floor was lava.

My friends would talk about how the words from a book would come alive for them—like they could see the whole story playing out in their heads like a movie. 🎥

Me?

All I saw was a bunch of boring words on paper.📝

I did have a small window of loving books as a kid. Junie B. Jones was my girl!

But let’s be honest, it was mostly because she was hilarious and there were pictures sprinkled in. 🖼️

That phase didn’t last long.

By the time I hit high school, my relationship with reading was officially over.👎

So, when I started my business, I never imagined that reading would play a role. 🤯

Like, isn’t building a business about doing, not reading? 💁‍♀️

But I quickly learned that if I wanted to grow—not just as a business owner but as a person—I needed to start picking up some books.

And you know what?

To my complete surprise, I found that I actually enjoy certain books—particularly inspirational and business-focused ones.

There’s no imagination required, and they resonate with me in ways other books never did.🙅‍♀️

The first book I ever truly read (not skimmed, not listened to, but read) was You Are a Badass at Making Money by Jen Sincero.🥰

Let me tell you—this book cracked something open inside me.

For the first time, I felt seen, inspired, and on fire.🔥

It gave me the belief that I could actually do this crazy thing called entrepreneurship.

That one book started a domino effect.

I read more of Jen Sincero’s books, and then I branched out into other authors who helped me grow my mindset and my confidence. 🤩

Now, I keep You Are a Badass at Making Money on my shelf, and I still pick it up regularly when I need a dose of motivation.📘

It’s funny to think about how far I’ve come from the kid who would’ve rather done anything than read. 😆

Now, I’m that person who’s constantly looking for the next book to inspire me, teach me, and push me forward.

What about you? Do you have a favorite type of book—or one that changed the game for you? 🤔

Share it in the comments—I’m always looking for my next read!

Having a social media strategy is NOT enough to hit your goals.🙅‍♀️

Wait…what?! 🤯

Let me explain.

Most people think that just having a strategy will magically lead to more clients, more income, and more growth. 💵

But if your strategy isn’t aligned with your goals, it’s like looking for a needle in a hay stack. 🪡

As long as I have a strategy, I’ll succeed.

🛑 FALSE. 🛑

A strategy without intention is just busy work.

Here’s why it’s a problem:

Many strategies focus on posting more, showing up everywhere, or hopping on every trend.

And while you might get a few likes, that doesn’t mean you’re actually moving the needle toward your bigger goals.

Likes ≠ Leads.
Followers ≠ Clients.

You don’t need more strategy—you need the RIGHT strategy.

👉 A strategy that’s built around YOUR goals.
👉 A strategy that attracts your ideal clients with clarity and ease.
👉 A strategy that creates consistent, measurable results without burning you out.

The right social media strategy works smarter, not harder. 💪

It helps you focus on where your ideal clients are hanging out and speaks directly to their pain points and desires.
💡 Instead of posting everywhere, it’s about focusing on one or two platforms where your audience is most active.
💡 Instead of hopping on every trend, it’s about creating content that aligns with your values and positions you as the expert.
💡 Instead of chasing vanity metrics, it’s about building real, genuine connections that convert into clients.

Your goals are closer than you think—but only if your strategy is clear, focused, and aligned.💯

A while back I had a client who was in a really tough spot.😞

As a coach, she had everything she needed to help her clients succeed: knowledge, experience, and a passion for what she does.💪

But there was one problem… Social media.📱

She knew it was important, but every time she tried to post, she felt like she was spinning her wheels. 🛞

She’d sit there staring at the screen, trying to come up with the “perfect” caption, only to get frustrated and move on to something else. 😡

Then, she checked her feeds only to see other coaches effortlessly posting, getting tons of engagement… and it just made her feel even worse. 😩

She started questioning everything. 🤔

Was she not good enough for social media?
Was her message too boring?
How was everyone else managing it?

She was exhausted just trying to keep up, and her social media presence was suffering. 😴

She wasn’t connecting with her audience, and worst of all—her business wasn’t growing.👎

That’s when she realized—she needed help. She couldn’t do it all alone, and she didn’t need to.

She decided to take the plunge and hire someone to manage her social media. 🧐

At first, she was hesitant—after all, she was always handling everything herself, but she was DONE struggling. 🙅‍♀️

She needed a change. The moment she handed over the reins, everything shifted.🔄

Here’s what happened:

✨Consistency: No more last-minute scrambling to post. Her social media is now on a schedule, and she no longer has to think about it every day.

✨Strategic Growth: As her manager I knew exactly what types of content would resonate with her audience and help her implement it with intention. She’s actually seeing results! 🎯

✨Engagement: I engaged with here audience, responding to messages, and creating a sense of community she didn’t even know she needed. (Hello, new followers!)

✨Time-Saving: This is the best part—she wasn’t wasting precious hours trying to figure out hashtags or what to post. She was able to finally focus on coaching, which is where she really shined. 🏅

In just a few short weeks, she saw more engagement, more clients, and a whole lot less stress. 😀

What she came to realize was, social media doesn’t have to be a battle—when you have the right person on your team.

Believe me, you don’t have to do it all yourself.🤝

Hiring a social media manager (like myself) was the best decision she made for her business and sanity.😁

If you’re ready to take your social media (and business) to the next level, drop a “YES” below, and let’s talk about how I can help you just like I helped her! 👇💬

21/01/2025

Let me guess—you’ve been told these things about content creation:

❌ “You need to post every single day to stay relevant.”
❌ “The best content is always original content.”
❌ “Coaches need to spend hours creating ‘perfect’ posts to attract clients.”

If you’re nodding along, you’re not alone. 🙅‍♀️

I used to believe these too—until I realized they were nothing more than myths keeping me stuck in the endless hamster wheel of content creation.🤦‍♀️

👉 Myth #1: You need to post every day to stay relevant.

Posting daily is not a requirement—it’s a distraction. What actually matters is quality over quantity.

One impactful post that speaks to your ideal client’s deepest struggles will ALWAYS outperform seven generic, rushed posts.

So stop stressing over the “daily grind” and start focusing on creating fewer, more meaningful pieces of content.💪

👉 Myth #2: Only original content works.

Repurposing is your best friend.

If you’ve ever hosted a webinar, recorded a podcast, or even written an email to your list, you already have a treasure trove of content waiting to be repurposed. 🤔

The most successful coaches don’t reinvent the wheel—they master how to get the most mileage out of their existing work.

👉 Myth #3: You need to spend hours creating ‘perfect’ posts.

Your audience doesn’t care if your post is “perfect”—they care if it resonates. 😊

Instead of obsessing over the perfect graphic or the most polished caption, focus on speaking directly to their pain points, goals, and desires.

Connection > perfection every single time.

Creating content as a coach doesn’t have to be overwhelming.

The secret is working smarter, not harder—attracting the right clients with intentional, strategic content that aligns with your values and offers.

It’s time to let go of these outdated beliefs and shift into a content creation strategy that’s sustainable, impactful, and—dare I say it—fun.😮

Let’s talk about this weather!!!🌨️

As a lifelong Michigander, I know exactly what I signed up for living here. ✍️

But if I’m being real with you… I hate the cold.

Like, hate it. Winter? ❄️

Not my thing.

Sure, some people love to say, “Oh, but it’s so beautiful!” 🗣️

Beautiful?! 🌈

Not when you’re driving home in a blinding snowstorm at 11 p.m., gripping the steering wheel for dear life.🚗

And don’t even get me started on the ice. 🧊

Dangerous? Yes.

Annoying? Absolutely.

But let’s be honest, watching someone slip on it?

Okay, that’s hilarious.😂

Fun fact: My birthday is in February, and I STILL can’t stand winter. 🙅‍♀️

When I was a kid, I’d actually get upset with my mom for giving me a winter birthday! (As if she had a say in that, right?)🥳

One day, when my kids are grown and self-sufficient, I plan to escape Michigan winters entirely. 📅

❌No snow.

❌No icy roads.

Just sunshine and warmth.🌞

But until then, I’m stuck here, bundled up and counting down the days until spring.😞

So tell me—are you team ❄️ “Winter Wonderland” or team 🚫 “No Thank You”?Share in the comments!!!

New Year’s Eve already?! 😲

This year was a whirlwind of highs, lows, and everything in between.

Honestly, I’m glad it’s over—but also a little sad to see it go.☹️

2024 brought some BIG wins: we won a FREE van (still can’t believe it!), I kicked off my health journey, signed an amazing client, and so much more. 🚗

Of course, there were tough moments too, but here’s the thing—life isn’t perfect, and everything works out the way it’s meant to.💪

2025?

I’m READY for you! My top goals?

Getting fully booked in my business and continuing my health journey.

Who would’ve thought I’d become someone who loves at-home workouts?! Or that I’d rebuild my business from scratch, grow it daily, and attract incredible clients?🤯

This year taught me the power of mindset and positivity. 🧠

I’ve seen firsthand how much a shift in perspective can change EVERYTHING.

So, no matter what 2025 brings—the ups, the downs—I know it’s going to be a year of growth, joy, and possibilities.🤩

What are you most excited for in 2025? Let’s talk about it in the comments!"

Lead generation is all about numbers. The more people, the better.

Spoiler alert: That’s FALSE. 🚫

Here’s the truth… Lead generation isn’t about attracting anyone and everyone.

It’s about drawing in the right people—the ones who actually need your product or service.

Let's be real:

A list of 10,000 leads means nothing if none of them are genuinely interested in what you offer.

The “spray and pray” approach (posting everywhere and hoping someone bites) might get you views, but it won’t get you meaningful results.

And if you’re only focused on vanity metrics—followers, likes, or comments—you’re missing the bigger picture.🎯

What should you do instead?
✅ Get crystal clear on your ideal client. (Who are they? What do they need? How can YOU help?)
✅ Show up where they hang out—whether that’s specific Facebook groups, Instagram, or even local networking events.
✅ Offer value FIRST. Think freebies, educational content, or quick wins that build trust.
✅ Use targeted strategies like lead magnets, ads, or webinars to connect with the right audience—not just any audience.

Lead generation isn’t a numbers game. It’s a connection game.

When you focus on building relationships instead of chasing random leads, you’ll create a thriving community of people who genuinely want what you have to offer.

And trust me—that’s where the real magic happens.

What’s been your biggest lead gen struggle? Let’s talk about it!👇

I honestly can’t believe it’s Christmas Eve already! 🎄

I swear I’ve been waiting for this moment forever. ⌛

Haha, Christmas has always been my favorite time of year, and it feels like the holiday magic is in full swing now.🔮

Everything is practically closed, and all that’s left is quality family time—what could be better?

When I was a kid, I would eagerly look forward to the gifts (I mean, who doesn’t?), but now that I’m older, the lights, the warmth, and, most of all, seeing my kids’ faces light up as they open their presents, that’s what fills my heart. 💙

I have so many fond memories of Christmas growing up.

My mom would wake us up early on Christmas morning, and the excitement was overwhelming as we ran to the tree to open gifts.

Then, we’d have cinnamon rolls for breakfast and lounge around in our pajamas watching Christmas movies.🍿

I remember this one Christmas when my mom and stepdad woke us up right at midnight, shouting, “Santa came, Santa came!” 🎅

You’d think we’d be wide-eyed and ready to go, but nope—after the excitement of that moment, we all ended up crashing for an early nap. 💤

But honestly, looking back, it’s one of my favorite memories. Those simple moments were everything.

Now, you’re probably wondering, am I doing the same thing with my kids? 🤔

Oh, absolutely!

Well, except for the midnight wake-up call—my kids are early risers, so I don’t need to nudge them. 🌅

We always start with presents (because, just like me, they have ZERO patience), then I whip up some cinnamon rolls and snacks to munch on until dinner. 🎁

Afterward, we binge-watch Christmas movies until they’re all sleepy and ready for bed. 🛏️

And yes, my all-time favorite is How the Grinch Stole Christmas—the Jim Carrey version, of course.

I’d love to hear what your Christmas traditions are. What do you and your family love doing during the holidays? Share in the comments! 👇👇

If people don’t know you exist, how can they hire you, buy from you, or refer you?🤔

Visibility isn’t about doing everything or being everywhere.

It’s about showing up intentionally so your audience can’t help but notice you.

Here are my 3 tips to grow your visibility ⬇️⬇️

✨Lead with value. Create content that solves problems or inspires—that’s what keeps people coming back.
✨Engage like a human. Start conversations, reply to comments, and build connections.
✨Optimize your profiles. Your bio, profile pic, and cover photo should clearly communicate who you are and what you do.

Visibility isn’t about shouting louder; it’s about connecting with the right people in the right places.📣
