No one talks about how discouraging it is to post your heart and get silence in return.

I Used to Post Everything… and Still Felt Invisible

I Almost Deleted My Entire Business Because of Facebook!

Yep. I almost quit content completely. 🤦‍♀️

Deleted the app.

Walked away from everything I’d built.🚶‍♀️

Because nothing was working.😞

❌ No one was engaging.
❌ No one was clicking.

And I was exhausted.😫

I was doing everything the gurus said to do:
✅ Daily posts? Check.
✅ Trending audio? You bet.
✅ Cute, clever captions? Of course.

But it still felt like I was shouting into the void.

And honestly?

I started to wonder if I was just… bad at this.🤔

Here’s what I realized…

I didn’t have a content problem.🤯

I had a clarity problem.
❌ No clear message.
❌ No reason for people to stay.
❌ No real connection.

I was posting to be liked.👍

To be validated.
To “fit the niche.”
To look the part.

“Helping women live a healthy life” is not a niche.
It’s a category.
Specificity is what makes people stop scrolling and say, “Wait… are you talking to ME?”
Until you get clear on who you’re for and what you solve, your message won’t land.💁‍♀️

👉 You’re ghosting your audience.
