Star Ocean 2 Remake Raid Bosses compiilation.
Yup I cheesed them out instead of ROFLgrinding.
[Almost endgame content]
Shortly after buying a remake what I would say one of the oldest JRPGs to introduce RNG/Gacha randomness feature, here's a video of me trying out an "ENDGAME BOSS"
Who would've thought that an advertisment on an ATM machine would make me remember of this gem's release date today? Let's go!
Blindsided encounter with Raphael
Baldur's Gate Act 3 - I have no Ansur to that AOE damage
As this will probably be our last season to play together, I'm leaving a space to sincerely thank everyone who took part on this endeavour.
Moving on from competitive MP, thank you for the genuine friendship and connection that was built, more especially during the stupidly dark times. To more galas and foodtrip guys. Never felt like mahirap kayo hagilapin kahit mga magkakahiwalay ng lugar at magkakalayo at life-busy (except during practices hahaha).

Baldur's Gate Act 1 - Grym.

A test of attrition, of friendship and of patience.
This time around, we wanted to try being competitive. What was once an MP Fun team became a "let's try week 5!".
Here we are with the post week4 tradition of thanking each of my teammates for resiliently adjusting to the meta. Truthfully, the game has adjusted from "kayang kaya diskartehan kahit wala kang ganito" to "kailangan natin to para makausad".
But the gist of it all - sacrificing 4 saturday nights to compete for the ranks is tiring. You may be a God for 3 weeks and a lose streak on the last week will surely put you into a state of mental distress. Or it may be the other way around -- horrible record for the first 3 weeks which pressures your team into having a perfect one last run.
We had it rough for the first 3 weeks. Thankfully so, we had a very good 6-0 run during final week, readying ourselves for tournament week and not gambling for a higher rank.
It was "mutual trust" with one another, I suppose. Gambling last minute adjustments for the final week paid off.
A very fulfilling run and once again, huge thanks to the team for always trusting my calls. See you Week 5!
One win at a time!
Would like to congratulate my INFINITE MOON team for winning 6v6 BlackBull Invitational Tournament! ggwp bro comms!!
The lineup : Ririn, Jpx, nikkong, Major, Lazuline, Kafii, Svenmeister, me.
Would also like to thank you KID for letting me play using his ultimate doram of the solar planet.
Since my time is quite hectic, some of our VODs can be seen at my twitch channel --> twitch.tv/onetruereimu. I'll try to make an open comms highlights sometime soon if time permits.
ggs!
Heh?
Matutuloy kaya?
Haha!!!
A wonderful ending.
Perhaps, now may be a good time to take a long break from being competitive. I can feel that the fire seems to have snuffed out. Atleast that's what I can say for now.
The first-time I joined, I was paired with people who were technically better. One can say, an "all-star" lineup. Everybody knew how to play from theory to ex*****on. Everybody did the math and were pretty confident about the time attack videos that we were about to submit way back then.
I guess Ihat has always been the case even for other games.
For Dota, RagnarokM, among others - always have been the one being carried.
But the experience that I have gained from these winners I had the opportunity to team up with will always stay with me.
And so, once an opportunity came for me to step up despite my inactivity- I knew I had to take it. To lead a fairly new set of people whom I am almost alien to is one thing I've always wanted to try.
The second time around wasn't so easy. Unmet expectations piled up, and pressure kicked in. The feeling of losing sounds so familiar, so familiar that I do not want to experience it - but there goes this feeling that we might actually lose. I didn't want that. Nobody wanted that.
But I realized that it only takes one good glue to keep the team to stick together despite the pressure - empathy. To empathize is to connect with your team altogether, to feel their humane side, and to unleash their hunger in winning. To empathize, is to bring the best in one another through understanding and trust. Power of friendship, indeed. As everybody has this "unachieved potential", and to unlock it brings great fulfillment not only to me, but to everyone who were part of the team.
ggwp Chararat (Raid rush S1 team) - to be part of this party was a blast, everyone was so good it just meshed that quick.
and ggwp exomax (Raid Rush S2 Team) for giving me this opportunity to play with everyone and lead this team. all you needed was someone to tap you in the back, and everything went fairly smooth from there on out.
dgv out!
Last boss - Octopath Traveler
Skip the chit chattering part to avoid spoiling yourself.
Partitio thief build -
Spoilers ahead!
A very fitting end for Osvald's story.
Voice acting 10/10
Boss fight 2/10 (prolly because I was overpowered)
(Yes nakalimutan ko tanggalin ung isang asset)
Dreadwolf Miniboss OHKO Attempt Setup (it failed)
Getting all jobs was quite the grind, with one of the requirement beating one whole story (Hikari's story) and beating 1 superboss + 4 minibosses.
Quite a productive run so to speak. I'm basically speedrunning the game's achievements with cheese strats (Sidestep arcanist build) to beat endgame bosses.
Been awhile since I did tryhard, with balancing IRL matters and other games.
Ironic how freedom is confined as something 'dark'.
Demo = 3 hours stop.

Open Mic - a CDG series Episode 3 - CDG vs Exomega (Game 3) - featuring Alyria's Playground's saint POV. Throwback Thursday Game CDG comms, 1 year ago. P.S : Exomega went on to beat us in the Loser bracket Finals - and we placed 3rd on the said tournament. GG!
Open Mic - a CDG series Episode 2 - Quarterfinals - CDG vs. Untouch-a-balls (G1) Composure - What happens when your primary shotcaller suddenly disconnects, unable to go back?
Frontier Clash - 5 Chest Run Readying for the Crow Jetpack Fix No drill? No problem. Tip: Use your relics well. Switching matters. Thank you KiD for letting me use his account for this practice run session.
5 CHEST RUN - FC Hard Disclaimer : of course we used Crow for his insane damage during solo/boss instances. Here are some keypoints in clearing FC Hard, except for the obvious "high CS, high DPS" -- but CS isn't everything. 1. Utilize "Phantasia" - Use Phantasia and always be wary of its cooldown. Don't just go around and attack the boss, try to attempt dodging whenever the aggro is on you. This takes practice or may be talent, but this is easier with Frigg as she has unlimited dodges. 2. Proper team composition matters - Before running, make sure you have atleast two members in your party that has a "shatter", a utility that can switch to Nemesis for her slow, and someone that can take the aggro (or tank). The tank may need a frigg for easier dodging. 3. Make your couant count - A high leveled couant will sometimes save you whenever you cannot dodge. Besides, the couant provides decent utility (providing self buffs, shield, etc) to your own character so please use it. 4. Try to understand the moveset of the boss - For Apophis, you can always use the SR relic handcannon to block it's "genkidama" skill whenever your team fails to shatter. For frigg, you'll have to understand that if you fail to shatter her armor, she can instantly kill you off so always be ready to dodge or flee away to a safe distance. Also, please be wary that a full team wipe = full HP Regen for the boss so please communicate well whenever you're dead. 5. Lessen your deaths, damage isn't everything. - This is not a "click auto because I can damage and finish this without dodging" instance where you can simply dish out millions of damage without strategy and communication. Of course, our DPS can be stronger on the succeeding runs, but it is proper strategy and communication that holds the success of your runs. Thanks to KiD for letting me use his account for content purposes charot thanks manager!
Well, it's a doram special! Kudos to OXOX for not giving up, not even bothering to score the actual zone war points when they were too eager to count last week --- (i have no idea what they were counting last time). It's a relentless battle of attrition that I even had to fast forward the actual recording. Enjoy! Music used: Vengaboys - Boom Boom Boom Cover PA2x Tyros
