Ephesians 6 - The Full Armor of God

10Finally, be strong in the Lord and in His mighty power. 11Put on the full armor of God, so that you can make your stand against the devil’s schemes. 12For our struggle is not against flesh and blood, but against the rulers, against the authorities, against the powers of this world’s darkness, and against the spiritual forces of evil in the heavenly realms.
13Therefore take up the full armor of God, so that when the day of evil comes, you will be able to stand your ground, and having done everything, to stand.
14Stand firm then, with the belt of truth buckled around your waist, with the breastplate of righteousness arrayed, 15and with your feet fitted with the readiness of the gospel of peace.
16In addition to all this, take up the shield of faith, with which you can extinguish all the flaming arrows of the evil one.
17And take the helmet of salvation and the sword of the Spirit, which is the word of God.

1 JOHN 4 - Love Comes from God

"7Beloved, let us love one another, because love comes from God. Everyone who loves has been born of God and knows God. 8Whoever does not love does not know God, because God is love.

9This is how God’s love was revealed among us: God sent His one and only Son into the world, so that we might live through Him. 10And love consists in this: not that we loved God, but that He loved us and sent His Son as the atoning sacrificed for our sins.
11Beloved, if God so loved us, we also ought to love one another. 12No one has ever seen God; but if we love one another, God remains in us, and His love is perfected in us. 13By this we know that we remain in Him, and He in us: He has given us of His Spirit. 14And we have seen and testify that the Father has sent His Son to be the Savior of the world.
15If anyone confesses that Jesus is the Son of God, God abides in him, and he in God. 16And we have come to know and believe the love that God has for us. God is love; whoever abides in love abides in God, and God in him. 17In this way, love has been perfected among us, so that we may have confidence on the day of judgment; for in this world we are just like Him.
18There is no fear in love, but perfect love drives out fear, because fear involves punishment. The one who fears has not been perfected in love.

FROM SPIRITUAL DEATH TO LIFE IN CHRIST

Today's date 5-12-21 led me to ponder a spiritual reality.
5 = Grace
12 = Governance / rule
21 = rebellion of sin

I noticed that 12 and 21 are reversed by grace (5), and I perceived God say, "REVERSED the curse of the law and RESTORED us to LIFE by grace through faith."

We were all born ruled by our flesh spiritually "dead in our trespasses" (Ephesians 2:1-3). In our flesh we could NOT fulfill the works of the law. The law shows us our need for a Savior, because in our flesh we can never be "good enough." (Gal. 3:10-14). BUT GOD sent His Son to pay the price for our sin (our SELF-reliance), and JUSTIFIED us by FAITH in Jesus' finished work on the cross (God-reliance). Another way to think of "justified" is that God sees us in Christ "Just as if I'd never sinned." (Romans 4:25).

Christ REDEEMED us so that by FAITH we might go from spiritual death to spiritual LIFE by RECEIVING the promised Holy Spirit (Gal. 3:14). Spiritual life is eternal relational love union with God in Christ, who is LIFE (John 17:3).

When we are born of God's Spirit by FAITH we are made SPIRITUALLY ALIVE and reconciled to our Father God in a loving relationship and union. So now that we LIVE by the Spirit we get to choose to walk by the Spirit, not relying on our flesh, but relying on God and empowered by His Spirit, because by FAITH God has made us a new creation. We realize we died with Christ (our self-reliant, self-righteous nature) and our lives our hidden with Christ in God. By grace through faith we receive THE FREE GIFT OF RIGHTEOUSNESS in Christ, so we put on Christ, who is our LIFE.

It is important to realize that by faith in Christ our spirit's are made righteous and perfected in Christ (Hebrews 10:14). We are three part beings, body, soul and spirit. Therefore, our spirit's have been made perfect by God's indwelling Holy Spirit.

Throughout our lives Christ sanctifies (sets apart) our soul (mind, emotions and will) as we turn to Christ as our life. We live in NEW LIFE empowered by God's Spirit in loving union with God in righteousness in Christ. (Colossians 3:3-4), so we walk by FAITH and not by sight.

We have gone from spiritual DEATH to spiritual LIFE! We are eternal, spiritual beings made one with God in Christ by grace through faith.

So when our thoughts or others try to condemn us in our flesh, we get to turn to God in Christ and thank Him for making us new creations IN CHRIST. As we open our hearts Christ renews our minds (emotions, will and being) with His truth by His Spirit.

We were dead in sin, but now through faith in Christ we are made ALIVE by the Spirit! We get to walk in NEWNESS OF LIFE IN CHRIST (Romans 6:4) celebrating all He is and all He has done in setting us free from sin and death and making us new and reconciled to our Father God!

I am celebrating you today and our LIFE IN CHRIST!!

The Story of St. Patrick is AMAZING!
He was captured and sold into slavery in Ireland at age 16. After being a slave over 6 years he followed a vision from God to a ship and returned home to Britain. He later received another vision where he heard the people of Ireland appealing for him to walk among them. Years later after becoming a bishop he returned to Ireland to share the Gospel with those who had enslaved him previously. He spread Christianity throughout Ireland and Ireland became a Christian Nation.

Praise God for forgiveness and redemption in Christ! With God all things are possible! He used one submitted soul and transformed a nation!

That same transforming power of God lives in us who live by faith in Christ Jesus!

"For the love of Christ controls us.....
in Christ God was reconcilingc the world to himself, not counting their trespasses against them, and entrusting to us the message of reconciliation. Therefore, we are ambassadors for Christ, God making his appeal through us. We implore you on behalf of Christ, be reconciled to God."

Today the Lord poured the following flow of life-giving words from heaven to encourage our hearts to live in the awareness of God and the strengthening power of his life in us , flowing through us. The Lord prompted me to share these words with you. Let us hear these words as God speaking straight to our hearts:

“Unyoked from the world you flow in the ministry of my grace to you, in you and operating in power through you. The seat of my design is the emboldened nature of Holy Spirit who has given you new, vibrant life. As you lay aside hindering thoughts and mindsets and let me flush them away by the blood of my cross, I renew your mind with truth and heal your heart to see the depth and breath of my love and my grace to you and operating through you for the glory of my name! It is by my name that you have been bought and the reality of my life secures your divine destiny of eternal life in me! I equip you by my Spirit to see, think and perceive through my eyes of grace and love and faith!

A heavenly light fills your heart and bubbles over with joy unspeakable and everlasting in the promise of my glory to you and through you!!
I have canceled the powers of darkness, so come out of agreement with those lies and stand in the secure Light of my power, love and dominion operating in and through you as my beloved.

The favor of my hand is upon you to release the divine purpose and destiny of my calling! Anywhere this mystery has been shrouded, I unveil through the light of my glory shining in your heart, releasing all doubts, fears and negativity and bringing forth an emboldened light of life, resting solidly and securely in me and my dominion flowing through you.

You rise above the noise of this world as you see yourself in me. I am your life and the light of it! I remake you into my image from faith to faith and glory to glory as each life situation reveals and exposes things, empowering you to put off the old and put on the garment of righteousness and true life in me. you are clothed with light in my righteousness. See yourself in me and me in you.

The order of my name has aligned you into this place of true freedom and being in me. Spirit to spirit union by my covenant of grace with the Father has secured my life in you, fully free, fully ordered, fully resting in me and my divine nature flowing through you by my Spirit. Rest in the sanctity of my love to you. You pour forth blessings on the earth through my life-giving spirit.

Approach my throne with boldness, with the innocent, open, yielded faith of a child and take my hand. Rest assured in my love for you and my light in and through you for the glory of my name! I have done it, I have secured you by my Spirit and I finish the work as your sanctifier. Solid and true are you in my love! Allow the union of our love to bubble over into your own heart and mind and flow into your life, circumstances and all that is in your midst, now being impacted by the manifest Glory of my presence flowing through you, as you rest and abide and put your hope and trust in me.

The miracle working nature of my glory shines radiantly through you and penetrates atmospheres to bring life-giving transformation by my Holy Spirit of grace and truth. Rest in the satisfaction of my name. The balance of life is brought forth by putting me in first place. As you are aligned and your heart is synced with my heart the flow of life and my presence penetrates each moment of the day, for I AM.

Enjoy each moment of union and communion and fellowship with me. I love you with an everlasting love and have awakened your heart to know me, to know this love and to be a vessel of my living love through you. enjoy me as I enjoy you! stand fast and stand firm. I am ever by your side and I love you eternally.”

Praise God that we are aligned, awakened and activated by God’s love and life-giving Spirit flowing in and through us. Enjoy this marvelous day in our experiential union with our father God in our true Life in Christ Jesus, living in and through us for the glory of his name.

What an amazing promise from Ephesians 1:3!

Through faith in Christ we have been given every spiritual blessing in the heavenly realms.... including, but not limited to the following. In Christ we are:
+ Adopted as children of God
+ Forgiven
+ Saved
+ Accepted
+ Reconciled to God in an eternal love relationship.
