Day off party
To day we make Moo-kra-tha. We really miss Thai food. Sea food and vegetables are supported by John. He told me that we can bring ingredients for cooking at home. This is a special meal ever!!! Loveeeeeeee ❤️😭

On Monday was our day off. We have met Thai people group who work at Vida’s Thai food. They are so nice and kind people, especially P’Aor (Vida) who runs the Thai restaurant and boba tea, she is generous and helpful. It was a good time to met Thai people. It feels like home 😍
That day we move to our cabin and take a time for a short road trip around Homer. The views was astonishing and amazing. ❤️
PS. Finally, I have eaten Somtum. 🙏🏻🥲🥹

On the way back, we saw a moose! Actually, we try to find them every day but today they come closer! I never seen a moose before. John told us that do not try to fight or step closer to a moose cause they will hurt you pretty bad.
Diner
We took ingredients which is shrimps and broccoli from Captain Patties where we work for, then we make instant noodles Tom yum kung taste. John want to try. He likes it. I can say that because look how he drink sip from a bowl. 😂

กวางมูสคือสิ่งที่เรามองหาตลอดทางกลับบ้านตลอด แต่วันนี้เห็นมันใกล้มาก จริงๆ มันก็เหมือนวัวนะ 5555 แต่มันดูอันตราย จอห์นชอบเล่าให้ฟังมากๆ ว่าล่ามันยังไง มันลงมาจากเขาเพราะมันไม่ชอบหิมะ แล้วตอนนี้หญ้าก็กำลังจะเขียว มันจะลงมากินหญ้า
ข้าวเย็นวันนี้เราเอากุ้งมาจากร้าน โดยปกติเราจะให้ที่ร้านทำให้เพราะเราจะได้กินอาหารฟรีมื้อนึง แต่ว่าไม่รู้ตะกินอะไร เพราะอาหารเมกันค่อนข้างจะมีเเต่เนย น้ำมัน ก็เลยเอามาทำมาม่ารสต้มยำกุ้ง กุ้งโคตรดี เนื้อแน่น สดมาก เป็นอาหารที่อร่อย5555 จอห์นบอกว่าชอบและก็ยกซดเลย5555

-Day off -
Today, we’re looking for stuff to moving in our apartment. John has many things for us. He said ‘he will help us as much as he can’ Thank you John ❤️🙏🏻
-Thai food!!!-
We have our breakfast at Vida’s Thai food. It could be only Thai restaurant in Homer. The crew, she also Thai, she told us that she will make a Thai food and add more spicy for us. Love it! ❤️
-On the way back-
We saw an eagle. This is my first time for looking closely. Eagle is a national animal in The US, so it is preserved. Finally, we arrived at home with two big buckets of ice cream. 🍦🍦

ตอนกลับจอห์นแวะไปทิ้งขยะอันตราย เราเลยเห็นนกอินทรีเกาะอยู่ ตัวใหญ่มาก! และก่อนถึงบ้านจอห์นก็พาเราไปซื้อไอติม แกบอกว่า เอาถังใหญ่ๆนะ จัดเลย!55555

Yesterday, John took us to SAVE U MORE , It’s a department store then go to work!
Our lesson today was astonishing! We’ve learned how to cut salmon and big crab. It’s an experience that I couldn’t have in Thailand.
Our breakfast was tacos with scrambled egg and the dinner was something that I can’t remember the name. 😂

Today, John teach Bozone (one of my friends) how to drive in Homer. She already had an international driver license but John thought she have to practice because the USA drive another lane. We arrived Captain patties fish house then we have been taught many things. Mainly, our job is preparing the ingredients , sauces , dishwashing and helping the chef sometimes. It was tired and fun at the same time.
After clock out, John brought us to see the volcano and sea. This is my first time for experiencing volcano nearby the sea.

Yesterday, John take us to look around his house. He made the diner for us. It’s look amazing. The diner was good. stirred vegetables with Thai oysters sauce , boiled shrimp , salmon and tuna with Japanese sauce.

On the way to Homer 🛻
John takes us to Homer by his truck. John knows everything. He expert about wildlife in Alaska. On the way, we have seen many creatures like birds swans moose sheep and bison. We take time to touch and see snow (John probably heard how excited we were!) . I’m enjoyed and super excited.

I have been landed for 6 hours ago. John (my boss) and Tapu (my friend) picked me up at the airport and then we back to the hotel for sleep 😴. On this 09:0 am we are going to Homer,Alaska our destination.

10 hours in Kansai Airport ✈️
I have spent my whole time in the gate and explored many places.
I have to come back for buying some Demo slayers’s figure but this time I get Mitsuri card which in snack pack. ❤️
There’s many things to do in the gate but mostly I spend time for sleeping.
Youtrip card is very convenient for using and helping me to purchase things. 💵💳
