On this week's episode we discuss the use and benefits of CBD products in elite sport with former Scotland scrum-half and co-founder of PureSportCBD Grayson Hart.

In this first, of a two-part, interview with Grayson, we explore how his quest to find a more natural form of pain relief leads to his discovery of CBD.

After a little more research it was discovered that the CBD market wasn’t highly regulated and many brands still having trace amounts of THC, which is on the banned substance list for athletes. This lead to Grayson and his partner to produce a rigorously batch tested product that is guaranteed to be safe for athletes

3 months ago we (Mark Moss and Sam Leeming) decided to produce a weekly rugby podcast. We brainstormed ideas for a name, topics and guests for the show and The Ruck Off Rugby Podcast was born.

Our goal for the channel is to provide unique insights into all levels of rugby, from international all the way to National leagues and School U18s level.

Since then we have produced 10 episodes, amassed nearly 3000 views and 300 hours listened to us rambling on about the sport we all love.

A huge congratulations to channel co founder Sam Leeming for signing with Jersey Rugby! Developing his rugby at Barnard Castle School, Sam then spent 4 years at Hartpury University RFC winning 2 British Universities & Colleges Sport (BUCS) Cups at Twickenham and the first BUCS Super Rugby title. He then graduated to Hartpury's Championship side before heading to Bedford Blues on his first full-time deal. Sam impressed in a difficult short season with the Blues and hopes he continue his progress in the Channel Islands. Sam’s work ethic and dedication is nothing less than inspirational and we all wish him the best of luck!
