A Japenese restaurant in Weston-super-Mare is celebrating an “unexpected” nomination for a “special award”.

Ebisu Japanese restaurant, located at 86 Regent Street, has been shortlisted for the Asian Restaurants and Takeaways Awards for the Regional Restaurant of the Year Award category for the South West.

Mimi's Thai Bistro, also based in Weston, has been shortlisted in the same category.
