I had an opportunity to speak with Manteca's Mayor Gary Singh. I think this podcast is educational about how any "City" works. The Mayor shares his visions for the city of Manteca, including some tough Measures that are on the ballet this year. I live in the outskirts of Manteca, so these measures are not on my ballet, but of course are very relevant to Manteca citizens. Manteca is a fast-paced growing city connecting the San Francisco Bay Area to Central Valley. It is one of the fastest growing cities in California. I learnt a lot from Mayor Gary Singh and appreciated the extent of details he brought forth.
