Been doing flow arts consistently since 2021. Doing them has brought me a type of peace I’ve never known. From Levi wand, to hooping, to gloving to my flowstar (aka current hyperfixation/prop of choice) have made me a much happier person. In a way it’s a type of movement meditation. You feel more connected to your body than ever before when you hit that flow state. If you’ve never picked up a prop I highly recommend it.
