This are not the Johnson Gear motor, those are fully assembled by me( Bappaditya Kar).Yea jugaroka ka des hain😀🤗🇮🇳🤔...
Specifications:
1) power is high as compared to normal Jonhson motor.( Now hear remember one point power means base motors power).
2) Diameter of Shaft is 6mm like any Johnson motor.
3) The gear box is Johnson gear motor. Simply I change the base motor and reduce one gear, simple modification as per our requirement.
4) Reduce one compound gear from the gear box.
Advantages:
1) As I reduce one compound gear then probability of gear damaging during impact load is very much reduced. Reduce the gear means reduce the probability of damaging.
2) The RPM of the base motor is less as compare to rs-380( base motor of Johnson motor) WHY I AM DOING THIS ? because the chance to damaging the motor's pinion should be reduced.( Maximum time you can see the Johnson motor's are damaged due to motor's pinion being damage due to impact load).
3) Dimensions are same as Johnson motor that why no dimension compensation of the bot should no required.
