SO, let me get this straight.

The Houston Texans started with 3 Finalist. Jonathan Gannon, Brian Flores and Josh McCown.
Gannon - considered young and bright potential head coach. No HC experience.
Brian Flores - head coaching experience.
Josh McCown - no HC or coordinator experience.
Then today, they sources announce Gannon is not a finalist.
Just tonight, they announce McCown is out as a finalist. They haven't recently spoken to Flores, per sources.
AND NOW - LOVIE SMITH IS a candidate and interviewed with the Texans this evening, per sources. And is in talks to be the HC of Texans.
WTFFFFFF this is insane.

Keep note - This is a VERY important HIRE for Nick Caserio's career.
We will see how it plays out.
