Hello all you bald and balding people! I’ve decided to end the podcast with many tears and a heavy heart, but also with a smile on my face (on its 3 year anniversary to boot)!

I have loved every single second of this part of my life and I will cherish it for many more years to come! You can listen to my goodbye message that I recorded as an episode on all streaming platforms 🎙️♥️

Thank you from the bottom of my heart for giving this podcast a chance, for listening, for supporting and engaging with everything that was created. Without all of you, I wouldn’t have had such an incredible experience with this show! This experience has truly been one for the books and I can’t tell you how grateful I am for it and all of you. Thank you 🥹

As for the show, I plan on leaving it where it is so people can still continue to listen and have a place to not feel alone. I will also keep the social media page here as well for anyone new to the hair loss community.

Hair loss can be a hard pill to swallow sometimes. We can get in our own heads where we judge ourselves and sometimes say unkind things out of frustration of the hair loss process/journey.

There are so many situations that we second guess because of how we look or even plans we’ll skip out on.

A lot of the time, when we’re in the thick of it, we forget to treat ourselves with love and respect. Many people don’t understand this part of hair loss so it’s a hard topic to bring up.

Here to remind you that some days you need to make yourself a priority and treat yourself accordingly! You are unique, beautiful, and capable of anything! Make sure you choose yourself every now and again ♥️

Take care of yourself first and foremost. Hair loss can be hard on your mental health. Taking your time, putting yourself first, and doing what’s best for you is extremely important. You are enough, you are one of a kind, and you MATTER! Happy Baldie Month, everyone! I hope it was one for the books 💙
