Back to playing ball! Got to lose that baby weight some how!
I didn't realise how unco and clumsy I'd be after not playing for 3 years or even running for 3 years lol.
First game i was falling over myself the whole time, had bruises and lumps from all my falls! Hahaha tried to run how I used to ( sprint up and down like lunatic) but my legs said no!
I couldn't shoot either, but I'm slowly getting better and fitter.
Thought it be like getting back on a bike. It was not!
Anyone else struggle like I am when getting back to sport after bub?
