I can honestly say that knowing these small differences makes a huge impact on your life.

It can be so frustrating at times when you feel stuck but just know your struggles don’t have to be your struggles.

As the years go by, I feel more and more that I need to be close to nature every now and then.

After the hectic weekdays, I need to leave my phone at home and go for a hike in the nearby forest;take a walk by the river; to sit and watch the sea; so that there is no stimulus other than the sights and sounds of nature.

Most of my life I lived as a ‘stimulus addict’ (to this day I tend to fill my days too much, hanging out on my phone etc.).

Recently I’ve started to realize that my nervous system needs to rest sometimes.
These times i go out for a walk or if i can just relax next to the river or a lake.

Being on the ship, these times are very limited, but i do my best to have each week a day for it.

Why on earth would I want to work my butt off from my teenage years to the age of sixty-something, forgetting to enjoy life in the process? 🤔

Invest in yourself

Relationships matter

Appreciate every single day

Be enthusiastic about what you do

Learn to say no

That break-up will not break you.

Your friendships will go in cycles.

Old friends are great friends.

Travel the world as much as you can.

Don’t take setbacks as roadblocks, find another path to what you want.

Family is so important.

Time is precious.

If it doesn’t feel right, don’t do it. Trust your gut.

Health is so important.

Exercise regularly.

Sleep is more important than I ever gave it credit.

Push out of your comfort zone even if it is for a day, week, or year.

Pick one of the options above and create a tiny goal related to physical self care, that your future self will thank you for 💚

Keep it realistic and aim for doing it a few times a week, eventually every day. You will feel the benefit and you go int the new year being more aware of your body.

🥗Prepare a healthy meal
💦Drink a glass of water after waking up and before going to sleep
🏃‍♀️Move for mental health and joy
🌳Go out, be in nature

Example:

Going for a walk in nature on Tuesday, Friday and Sunday to clear my thoughts and make my body move.

Or

Leaving a glass of water by my bed that is ready to drink first in the morning.

Celebrate your tiny wins, attach each new habit with something you already do.

What is true happiness?🤔

💚My definition of happiness is when I am in alignment with myself.

💚I know my energy givers, I know my vibrational state, I know when I need to do something.

💚I am in control of my life, I created habits that are going to bring me where I want to be.

💚l am in control of my mindset and my emotions.

💚Emotions can be easily manageable because I know what I want.

💚I want to be happy, so I surround myself with positive energy, my thoughts are focused on the positive side of things.

💚I focus on the future only, all my actions are aligned with what and where I want to be.
Most important, I love myself and I take care of my health!!

What kind of water are you drinking?💦

You know from school that your body is 60-70% of water.

You probably also heard about the rule of 3, which is that a person can survive 3 minutes without oxygen , 3 days without water and 3 weeks without food.
Therefore you need to very conscious about drinking enough and the right type of drink.

I used to drink 2-3 litres of water a day and a cup of tea and yet still having dry skin, dry lips and always thirsty and constantly going to the toilet. So what i was putting it it was not the right water for my body.

Last year, around this time i started to look for an option to start something new online and then i found not just the right opportunity for me but also it was the best thing for my health.

Since then I grow as a person, get more confident, becoming the leader i always known i meant to be and i feel much more energetic, healthy, and i said goodbye for a lot of symptoms of dehydration.
•headaches
•feeling low
•dry mouth
•thirst
•dry mouth (inside)
My hair and nails got stronger and my skin smoother .

All because of drinking the right water 💦

What You can control in life ✨

1. Your Honesty
Being honest with the people around you is not always an easy thing to do but even harder sometimes to be honest with yourself. Doing it you avoid misunderstanding and can be always true to who you really are without hiding your real thoughts even if is not always what the other want to hear.

2. Your Emotions
I learned that taking a few deep breath before reacting the things happening around me helps controlling my emotions and the outcome of the interactions.

3. Your Thoughts
Our thoughts are shaping our reality, by overcoming every negative things in our mind during the day helps on our mood and create a happier life for us.

4. Self Confidence
You may think some activities are not for you or even never will be yours, but if you develop confidence you can manage everything in your life.

5. Your Perspective
Some case is better to try to look as an outsider to the things happening around you, doing this you can see more clear and make decision with more confident mind.

6.Who Your Friends Are
Very important to surround yourself with uplifting persons, and people who put you up not down. Also find your circle of friends who among for the same goals or similar once, helping each other making it your reality.

Why I started an Online Business✨

I know my worth and that i deserve more from life…

Last year I realised that after 10 years working my ass off i left with nothing…and the so called "life" was going to be like those years were. 🙅‍♀️

And I DID NOT like it at all.

What did it mean?
🛑 working 70+hrs a week
🛑 having a day off once in a while
🛑 take orders from “bosses” having a little to zero idea about my job
🛑 little to no spending money
🛑 suffer from burn out and anxiety
🛑 getting to a point to hate my profession 🛑 retire at 65 years old (still have 35 left until)

I knew this isn't the life I want to continue living until 65 years old.

I watched my family follow the same path and are also yet to retire…

I've heard how close friends and family members have struggled with work life and family time...

I cane a cross an opportunity so, I started my own online business. With this I CAN

✅plan for my retirement early (5 years instead of 35).

✅ replace 70hrs a week with 2-3 hrs a day online

✅ create a healthy space and healthy me to be a fully present future mum 🥰

✅ not worry about credit card debt or spending habits

✅ start LIVING

Why did I decide to become an entrepreneur?

Very simple. FOR FREEDOM.

Most of us are trapped at their 9-5 jobs. Complaining everyday that there is no money in the saving account and have no time and money to enjoy life.

Many of us have dreams but don't do anything to build them.

As I started my personal growth journey, I learned that I was the only one controlling my life.
I learned that this world was full of abundance but only for the actions takers.
I knew that my job in the kitchen was not going to give me the time and financial freedom to make my dreams reality .

Now as I am building this amazing business, I know that I will be able to travel the world, invest in other businesses and build my dream house and dream life.

I created good habits that are giving me motivation to pursue my journey.

Imagine if you would start now where you would be in 10 years!

Maybe I will retired at 35 years old? Who knows?

Trusting Your Gut 😊

Part of being an intuitive person is becoming in tune with, and trusting, your power center.

Gut feelings earn their name from the place in the body where they make themselves known. A bang in your gut when you may be doing the wrong thing, or a vibrant zing when your body approves, can guide you reliably at times when logic fails.

Sometimes, when logic in place, we ignore our gut and live to regret it, understanding later that a rational approach is only one way of determining what is going on in a situation and how we should react.
When it is functioning well, we can trust its guidance and adjust our actions accordingly.

When our power center is out of balance, we are timid and out of sync, wishing we had said something we were only able to phrase later when we were alone; wishing we had acted on an opportunity we didn’t see until it was past.

In order to utilize your power center, you may want to focus your attention on it more regularly and make time to care for it.

You can begin right now by taking a deep breath into your belly.
On the exhale, pull your navel in toward your spine so as to empty out completely before taking another deep breath into your belly.
When you empty completely, you release stagnant energy and create more space to be filled with fresh, nourishing breath.

The more you practice this simple, cleansing exercise, the more clear and communicative your gut feelings will be and the more comfortable you will feel acting on them.

Being generous with ourselves and others

One way to practice generosity is to give energy where it is needed, whether that is in the form of time, money or love.

As the old adage goes, it is always in giving that we receive. Meaning that when we are living in a state of lack, the very gesture we may least want to give is the very act that could help us create the abundance that we seek.

One way to practice generosity is to give energy where it is needed. Giving money to a cause or person in need is one way to give energy.
Giving attention, love, or a smile to another person are other acts of giving that we can offer. After all, there are people all over the world that are hungry for love.

Sometimes when we practice generosity, we practice it conditionally. We might be expecting to “receive back” from the person to whom we gave. We might even become angry or resentful if that person doesn’t reciprocate.

However, trust in the natural flow of energy, and you will find yourself practicing generosity with no strings attached. This is the purest form of giving.

Remember that what you send out will always come back to you.

Selflessly help a friend in need without expecting them to return the same favor in the same way, and know that you, too, will receive that support from the universe when you need it.

Besides, while giving conditionally creates stress (because we are waiting with an invisible balance sheet to receive our due), giving unconditionally creates and generates abundance. We give freely, because we trust that there is always an unlimited supply.

Being aware of how much we are always supported by the universe is one of the keys to abundance and generosity. Consciously remember the times you’ve received support from expected and unexpected sources.

Giving is an act of gratitude. Plant the seeds of generosity through your acts of giving, and you will grow the fruits of abundance for yourself and those around you.

Every Step Is Forward

Sometimes during our growth, we can feel as if we are going backwards, rest assured you are not.

There are times when we feel that we are spinning our wheels in the mud in terms of our progress. This can be especially true following a period of major growth in which we feel as if we’ve gained a lot of ground.

In those moments when we feel discouraged, it’s helpful to remember that we don’t ever really go backward. It may be that we are at a standstill because there is a new obstacle in our paths, or a new layer to get through, but the hard work we have done cannot be undone.

Every step on the path is meaningful, and even one that seems to take us backward is a forward step in the sense that it is what we must do to move to the next level.

In addition, an intense growth spurt requires that we rest for a time in order to fully integrate the new energies that have been liberated by our hard work.

When we feel we are not making progress, we can encourage ourselves to take a moment to rest.

We can meditate more, 🧘‍♀️
feed ourselves well, 🥗
and get extra sleep. 😴

Before we know it, we will on to work toward the next level of our development, and this rest will make sense then as something we needed in order to continue.

Once the sun rises, it doesn’t go backward but instead follows its path in one direction.

It may appear to stand still for a moment in time, or to move more slowly at some point or another, but really it is steadily moving forward on its path.

We are the same way, and once we have moved through something we can never really go back.
We may be resting or revisiting issues that seem old, and it’s natural to feel stuck, but in truth we are always taking the next important step forward on our path.
