Some days in the kitchen feel like they take everything out of you.
Long hours, heat, and the constant rush—it’s tough. But even on the hardest days, I remind myself why I started.
Baking and creating new desserts are my passion, and this grind is part of the journey.
I’m not just a pastry chef, I’m building something bigger.
