Jagadish Adhikari Jay is an Actor, Media person- journalist and movie critic, focusing on editing, reporting and digital strategy. He is the incumbent Chief-Editor for Kathmandu based movie and entertainment portal www.afnoonline.com
He was most recently the RJ/VJ for Himalaya Media Network, where he run the show and edited the editorial coverage including desk. Previously, he worked as the theater artist at Rastriyanachghar- Sanskritiksasthan and Mart Theater.
Now, he has been acting in TV-Episodes like U&I,10 to 5, MANAB, BHAROSA, JIWAN-CHAKRA and doing the multimedia work along with journalism in www.afnoonline.com shaping its online strategy and building innovative tools to enhance foreign and national entertainment coverage. Jagadish did his career’s best street dramas at various district of Nepal for MI- Malteser International is an international non-governmental aid agency for humanitarian aid of the Sovereign Military Order of Malta and the UN-UNICEF Mass awareness projects also For the Red cross he had played social, political, health and environment issues, which was largely preferred by local people and got few appreciations too. Jagadish also work for radios including Nuwakot FM, Radio Lang tang and Himalaya Fm among others. He had acted many street dramas in Nepal, However, his career started by Red Cross Street Drama.
Jagadish was a Graduate degree from London College of Computing and Management and Masters from Tribhuwan University in Humanities.
He has been awarded by many honors including Malteser International Nepal, UN-UNICEF, Federation of Doctors association, Nepal Chamber of commerce-Nuwakot and many more.
