Read that again.
has been an incredible resource for my mindset as she is sending in the facts, all with a hard dose of science.
Her amazing book reccomended to me by Elisa Bozzolini • Sunvibes] (Eli, this is lifechanging) has offered me a new perspective on a lot of interactions I have within my life vs achieving my goals/dreams/aligned actions.
My current situation to rewire is :
WHAT IS A DISTRACTION IN YOUR LIFE RIGHT NOW?
ANSWER:
• Social Media, News outlets, Netflix
• Friends, Drama or Family
• Daily choices, tasks or interactions
• Habits (or lack) of eating, exercising, consuming
Time is a precious resource, we all have the same 24hours.

The difference: How we Delegate, Operate and Take Action within those 24hours.
“It ain’t easy” but with awareness of our distractions, we can better learn to manage.
TAKE A MOMENT AND ANSWER 2 Qs:
• What are distractions you commonly face, that do not support you achieving your goal? (Aka where are you wasting time)
• For each answer, write 1 thing you can do to support yourself in managing this distraction.
Example:
Social Media (its a major distraction for our generation)
How to manage:
Write a list of what I want to go on social media for and set a timer, once it goes off I delete the app.
Its a pain in the ass but I had to be radical to change my mindset and finger reaction that go searching for the app.
