| Hi friends! My name is Enas and I am the creator and host of Project Eunoia.

I created Project Eunoia to enable us the possibility of ridding the stigma behind Mental Health. We are in a constant rush to become happier as we’ve exaggerated our lives to become everything we are not.

With project Eunoia, I hope to befriend our ego rather than destroying it. It’s the thoughts we carry that allows your ego to become rash and atrocious. Completing the path to self-discovery helps us open our minds to beauty. To contentment.

Leave those vicious thoughts that empower the ego to welcome calmer and sweeter thoughts. Allow the ego to taste happiness, even for a moment. Allow yourself to feel empowered.

With this, I hope I can take your hand and lead you with me. To a path of never ending growth, never ending self-rediscovery and happiness.
