Family update.

My daughter who is now 20 and still suffering from the immense trauma inflicted on her by DCFS in California when she was removed from home against her will and under lies submitted to the court under penalty of perjury by a DCFS investigator and a county doctor who never laid eyes on my daughter - ever -
Filed an unlimited civil complaint against the agency and the county in January and has now finally gotten a skilled anti-DCFS attorney to take her case.

She was kidnapped by DCFS against her will at the age of fifteen - after stating for weeks she was never harmed and having no signs of any kind of trauma to her body. A healthy, productive championship athlete who has autism. The agency filed three perjurous petitions because the first two sets of lies were not enough so they just kept adding on lies on lies until they got their way.

Doctors and community held that she was not abused in any way and was thriving. She herself held that she was never harmed and was thriving. DCFS had to outright lie under sworn oath to get her removal. Once removed they put her in the ghetto with a single older woman who was mentally ill and abused her every day she was in custody. DCFS did nothing to respond to the abuse of their mentally ill foster placement. The court did nothing when my daughter stood before Commissioner Peter Navarro and pleaded with him to save her life from DCFS. My daughter ran away to save her life.

Had she not done so she may not have made it out alive.

Will this lawsuit heal her trauma? No.
Will she get her life back - all the years they have stolen from her and continue to steal even now? No.

But if people don't sue these criminals, they will continue on desecrating the civil rights of children and families.

They must be stopped.

This mother in Texas had a prior case and a history of mental illness diagnosis.

The prior case was closed.

She had a new baby, they did not give her a psych eval nor any referral, no home check, the hospital just saw she had a mental illness DX in her history and called CPS who did nothing but send a person with a 3rd grade education out to kidnap the baby less than 24 hours after he or she was born.

No court order, no warrant - just arrived on scene, wrote out 1 sentence in 3rd grade mentally delayed scrawl and stole the baby.

If you have had a prior case with CPS / DCFS and get pregnant, you must organize a home birth and immediately move to another state if you don't want your baby kidnapped by the child molesters, abusers, traffickers.

My daughter was 15 with autism when they perjured to kidnap her from a safe a loving home.

Her medical reports all stated she was in pristine health, no sign of any kind of abuse ever, thriving at the top of the percentiles, an awarded long distance running champion at the national level.

She had a 4.0 GPA in school.

She had a non-profit project that was bringing incredible benefits to the community.

But they harassed us, stalked us, and in the end when they could not get her taken out of home with the truth - they perjured with lies and got her kidnapped from home where she was thriving.

Saying goodbye to my 19 year old baby.
The fact is, I will likely never see her again in person.

In 2017 DCFS (CPS) lied under penalty of perjury on a petition in court, after the court denied them their request for removal on 3 other petitions because it deemed my beautiful daughter safer at home than in the hands of these evil robot liars.

My daughter was strong, healthy, a 4.0 student, a championship athlete and an activist when they kidnapped her with no due process with their lying petition. They will stoop to any level to get what they want. They will manufacture "evidence" create words that people have never said, and they will lie under oath to commissioners and judges to get what they want. There is literally no shame in their evil. I had no drug or alcohol issue. My child was not only well dressed and cared for and had the best doctors, she was getting thousands of dollars of tutoring support every year.

After they kidnapped her with no due process (the commissioner blocked our witnesses at the "emergency" removal hearing which consisted of no notice, not even 24 hours' notice" before they kidnapped her.)

They took her and put her in a ghetto apartment with an older middle aged woman who was clearly mentally ill. This woman told my daughter she was "possessed by Satan every day and needed to have the sin burned out of her. This woman starved my daughter, locked her in a room with no access to toilet or water, refused to take her to school 3 out of 5 days because it was "too hard" to drive her there, beat her for sneaking food home when she was able to go to school - the list goes on.
My daughter was in fear for her own life.

The court refused to hear my daughter's complaints of abuse, DCFS of course did not care and did nothing, school and mandated reporters called in the abuse she was suffering and DCFS did nothing.

My daughter was going to either kill herself or run away from DCFS.
She did the latter.

I did not force her to go back. No good mother would send their child back to abuse.

We left the country. We left our house, my car and everything we owned to keep my daughter safe. We have been gone for three and half years and now it's time for my baby to go to college. Once she is gone I will likely never see her again in person. I am facing 10, maybe 20 years of prison for not sending her back to abuse at the hands of DCFS.

The destruction and hell DCFS has put my daughter though cannot be counted.

Ours is one story of thousands whose children have been kidnapped and stolen by DCFS.

Government is a hell no sane person would wish on a child.

15% of the removals of DCFS / CPS are warranted.

CPS is a child trafficking agency and like all gangsters, they have no mercy. If you don't surrender to their racket like quiet sheep, they demolish your entire life.

Now I will never see her again.
