Congratulations to JEK for winning our first BPS Pocket League event! 🏆

Being our Offline Fun Tournament winner, JEK once again shows us his skill and mastery over the game by beating ZDRAW in the Loser's Bracket Finals even with a type-disadvantage. And continuing to defeat the Winner's bracket champion, llemmonnadde, twice in the Grand Finals.

We will be having an offline-in-person tournament for Pokémon TCG Pocket this January 26, 2025!

PRIZEPOOL:
Champion🏅 - Php. 1000 cash

REGISTRATION FORM:

RULES:
1. Open Decklists. Each player only registers one (1) deck. Decks are announced after registration closes and before tournament starts.
2. Best-of-3 Double-Elimination Bracket.
3. Winner of Loser's Bracket needs to win twice in the Finals.
4. Tournament will be livestreamed.
5. IMPORTANT: Each player must have the discord app installed in the same device as Pokémon TCG Pocket. And is able to screenshare in the Brewed Potion Esports official discord server. The screenshare will be included in the livestream.
6. There are Limited Slots. To prevent no-shows in the tournament, we will be imposing an Php. 80 registration fee. (will accept, gcash or bank transfer)
7. Venue will be at Hobbyist Gaming Hub(Mezzanine, Bichara Silverscreens, Legazpi City). Registered players will have a whole-day access pass for Hobbyist Gaming Hub on 01-26-2025.

Congratulations to Team Albay for winning the Tekken 8 Team Battle against Team Camarines Sur!
The 8 versus 8 Team Battle, that occurred last Monday, December 23, 2024, were very clutch. Team Albay secured a 2-0 win, that went down to the very last match for each round.
Congratulations to both teams for showing us heart-stopping matches! Everyone was at the edge of their seats and we can feel the passion from all of those participated.

Congratulations to our first In-Person Mini-Tournament Champion: JEK!! 🏆

JEK came into the Grand Finals from the Winner's bracket receiving a twice-to-beat advantage. The Grand Finals started with ZDRAW beating JEK 2-1 in the first Best-of-3 series. But JEK clutched the victory with a 2-1 score of his own in the second series, securing his Title as the first In-Person Mini-Tournament Champion!!

Here are the competitors for our Pokemon TCG Pocket Mini-Tournament!

The rules of the tournament are listed below:
1. Double-Eliminations Bracket.
2. Best-of 3 Matches.

First player to win 2 games wins the matchup.

3. Conquest Format

In Game 1, each player selects any deck they want to start with.

If a player wins a game, they cannot use the same deck in the match again. The match winner needs to win with both decks.

Example:
a. Player 1 wins Game 1 with a Pikachu Ex deck. Player 1 cannot use Pikachu Ex again in Game 2 or 3.

b. Player 2 lost Game 1. So they can use any of the 2 decks on Game 2.
c. Player 2 wins Game 2 with a mewtwo ex deck. They cannot use that deck in Game 3.
