D-Day: June 6, 1944, 80 years ago today western allied forces made up of American, British and Canadian troops assaulted the beaches of Normandy, France turning the tide reshaping war against N**i Germany. This critical assault of the Allied forces would eventually lead to the German forces withdrawing from northern France.

Having personally battled anxiety, depression, alcohol abuse, and suicidal ideation, Garret sought transformative change. This year, 2023, he launched the ValiantPath™️ program, an innovative virtual initiative tailored for veterans. ValiantPath™️ combines group coaching, one-on-one emotional processing, and evidence-based recovery methods, all aimed at empowering veterans to overcome addiction and the challenges of transition by reconnecting with their sense of self, authenticity, and purpose.
Additionally, Garret offers RIM® (Regenerating Images in Memory) sessions, renowned for their ability to evoke profound, psychedelic-like experiences without the use of drugs, facilitating deep personal transformation. As an independent author of five books, Garret interlaces various wisdom and advice with his personal experiences and trials, offering readers unique insights into living a fulfilling life.

Today marks the 82nd anniversary of the attack on Pearl Harbor. Take a moment to reflect on 2335 military personnel and 68 civilians who lost their life's during the attack.

22 years ago today the United States had the deadliest attack on its soil in its history, as a group of 19 terrorists backed by extremist group al-Qaeda who plotted, planned and the hijacking of four aircraft. The terrorist members successfully crashed the hijacked aircrafts into both Trade Centers, the Pentagon and the fourth aircraft Flight 93 was reclaimed by the passengers before crashing into a field. 2,996 United States citizens, including 400 emergency services personnel were killed by the cowardice actions on September 11th. This attack was not the first one on the World Trade Centers, on February 26,1993 Osama bin Laden and al-Qaeda lead a car bombing attack and detonated a 1336-pound bomb intended to collapse the North Tower in hopes that it would crash in the South Tower. September 11, 2001 will live forever as a day of infamy for the people of the United States.

What's up everybody. Just putting a quick update out. The next interviews will be going down in Mobile, Alabama with Samuil owner of Freedom Wood Co and Jason owner of The Water Boys on July 28th. I'm very excited, I'm considering doing a two person interview. After Alabama, the podcast is looking to go to South Carolina but I am still pending confirmation from the guest.
