Home-Made Bread 🍞🥰
🔺Ingredients:
1 cup Refined flour
1 cup Whole Wheat Flour
2 tbsp sugar
1 tbsp Instant Yeast
Water As Required
1 tsp salt
2 tbsp butter/ghee/oil
🔺Process:
Combine everything and rest for 5-8hours
After that apply ghee/butter/oil
Kneed and Fold Rest for 2hours (Repeat 3-4Times)
Take the dough into a mould and rest it to puff up
Bake at 120 degree celsius For 20 mins
Apply butter/ghee/oil/Milk in between Baking
Take out and cool it down
Cut with sharp knife as shown
