Ingredients
*1.7L Boiled water
* 1'Cup Ellis Brown
*1 Cup White Sugar
*3 Drops Food colouring
*3 Drops Vanilla essence

Method
In an empty bowl pour your boiled water
Add your cup of sugar stir until it dissolves
Add your cup of powdered milk stir until it dissolves

Separate your mixture into 2 or 3 bowls depending on how many colours you want to make
In each bowl it's 3 Drops of food colouring
And 3 Drops of vanilla essence in all your bowls .
FOR ICE LOLLIES IT'S THE SAME RECIPE
You freeze the 1st colour

Katlego Gobotswang Letebele (33) and his wife Phatsimo Robin Letebele (29) were raised properly and instead of becoming spoilt brats, they emulated their parents and became star farmers.

After getting married in 2017, they acquired a farm at Mokokela Lands, near Paje and embarked on small stock farming. Katlego’s supportive father gave them his farm, just adjacent to the one they had acquired so they can have enough land for grazing.

They dug deep into their pockets and drilled a borehole, fenced the farms and then approached CEDA for funding and bought 50 ewes (female sheep) and 2 rams (male sheep) as breeding stock. The loan also went towards purchasing of concentrates and medicines for the sheep. They also rear pigs and chickens which they acquired for themselves.

Katlego is a Business Analyst by profession while Phatshimo is a Software Developer. Their parents are their mentors and, by the way, Katlego’s father, Rre Gobotswang Letebele, is also a beneficiary of CEDA who received funding for cattle and fencing of his farm at Kaka Farms back in 2006.
