17 degrees in Ireland equals to sea swims & pints at 2pm🇮🇪
A lil update on where I’m at with my physique & why these last few months have been tricky for me..👇🏻
Did my photoshoot - was in the BEST shape of my life🏆
Had no reverse dieting plan in place which I 100% should have and rebounded extremely badly📈
Gained 7/8kg+ in the space of maybe 2/3 weeks.. in all honesty I was scared to even check the scales🤣
I then went to Bali and after being off alcohol for 4 months & this was the only point I hadn’t had a set ‘diet’ in MONTHS, I felt ‘free’⏰
So I went off track HUGELY❌
Since being back home (5 weeks), I’ve been in a small cutting phase💯
This is purely because I don’t want to lean bulk from a point where I am carrying a lot of body fat as I want to make sure nutrients absorb properly - and I will continue this another 3/4 weeks⚒️
Extreme dieting isn’t for me - but neither is going mental in Asia for 7 weeks. I’ve found my middle ground now & I will continue to sharpen up to a physique I am happy with and grow from there💪🏻
So in a couple weeks time, my first lean bulk in well over a year will commence - so I can finally start gaining even more mass at an efficient rate‼️
