The United States women's gymnastics team has achieved a historic milestone at the 2024 Paris Olympics, securing the gold medal in the team all-around competition. This outstanding achievement is a testament to the exceptional skill, dedication, and teamwork displayed by the five talented athletes: Simone Biles, Suni Lee, Jordan Chiles, Jade Carey, and Hezly Rivera.

In a true demonstration of the phrase "there is no 'I' in team," these remarkable gymnasts have come together to create a unified and unstoppable force on the competition floor. Their collective efforts have yielded a triumphant result, as they have claimed the top spot on the podium.

This remarkable achievement is a testament to the power of teamwork, camaraderie, and individual excellence. The U.S. women's gymnastics team has once again demonstrated its dominance on the international stage, and their gold medal victory will be remembered for years to come.

Fresno's ValleyBoyz Set to Make a Splash in Minnesota's July 4 Tournament

ValleyBoyz, a flag football team from Fresno, California, is set to make a splash at the upcoming July 4 Tournament in Minnesota. Despite the sport's decline in popularity in California, the team has assembled a formidable squad of passionate and dedicated individuals.

One of the primary challenges the team has faced is the scarcity of 9v9 tournaments in their home state, making it difficult for them to gauge their abilities against top-notch competition. As a result, the team has relied heavily on practices and 6v6 tournaments to hone their skills.

However, their perseverance has paid off, as they recently claimed first place in the American League, defeating some of the best non-Asian teams. This impressive achievement has instilled confidence in the team despite unknown factors.

ValleyBoyz's participation in the July 4 Tournament allows them to test their mettle against a new set of opponents and potentially make a statement on the national stage. If they can win or place in the tournament, it could profoundly impact the sport's popularity in the West Coast region.

The team's success could inspire a new generation of young athletes to take up flag football, reigniting a passion for the sport that has waned in recent years. As ValleyBoyz take to the field, they will be representing not only their hometown of Fresno but also the entire West Coast, seeking to make a lasting impression on the flag football community.

With their sights set on the July 4 Tournament, ValleyBoyz is poised to make a bold statement, one that could have far-reaching consequences for the sport of Hmong flag football in California. As they prepare to face off against the best teams from across the country, they will be driven by a shared sense of purpose and a burning desire to prove themselves as a force to be reckoned with.

July 4 Women’s HVB Predictions

Last years, Smoosh came out of nowhere and prove my prediction wrong by winning it all. As I have promised, I have review more YouTube videos and paid more attention to the women’s team. So here are my Top 3 in pool play:

Women
A= Synergy, Hype II and Hyperation
B= Endure, Smoosh and Predators

Pool A is wide open.. Only for sure thing is Hype II taking 1st seed, anyone else can take the last 2 spots.

Finals
Hype ll vs Smoosh

3rd place
Predators vs Endure ( some may said I’m bias by picking the Cali team to be here) but who cares!!! 😂

1st: Smoosh
2nd: Hype ll
3rd: Endure

The Finals will be a great match, but Smoosh will again come out on top and repeat at Champions. In the 3rd place match, it will be a game of an offense team vs a more defensive team. Tough Serve and game adjustment will decide this game, so l’ll give it to Fresno. lol 😆

July 4 Men’s HVB Predictions

With some new changes to the tournament, I will update the Top 3 in all the pool.

A= Hit_man, Cloud 9 and Impact
B= Sentinel, TC Rejects and Team UI
C= RI Lowlight, Smoke and Rush Hour
D= Excel, Gutta Boyz and A-Team

Finals Predictions (some may say I’m bias.. lol)

Finals
Gutta Boyz vs A-Team

3rd place
Smoke vs Rush Hour

1st: A-Team
2nd: Gutta Boyz
3rd: Smoke

** In a big upset, I have A-Team finally stopping Gutta boyz in the Finals and once all the smoke is cleared from the 3rd place game… only Smoke is left.. this is the first time Smoke left Cali, so I expect a great team with a few all-star free agents. lol..

But I’m predicting a Cali Sweep 🧹

Another exciting J4 tournament! Both men's and women's Cali teams are pitted against each other in the pool, with only the top two teams advancing. The competition is fierce, but the potential for growth and success is immense!

Here are my prediction for top seed in pool play:

Mens
A= Cloud 9 and Impact
B= TC Rejects and Team UI
C= Smoke and Rush Hour
D= Gutta Boyz and A-Team

Women
A= Hype II and Hyperation
B= Smoosh and Predators

Stay tune for my Finals Predictions next week!

Meet Deonta Vang aka “The Athlete”! He is 50% Hmong and 50% African American, but 100% bulldawg from Georgia. Dee Tay is one of the few gifted athletes that can play multiple sports and dominate all five positions on the basketball court. He will be leading his team Chinkaboos in our May 18th 3v3 basketball tournament. He is quick off his feet and is a dawg on defense! He is also a member of my Travel Team. 🔥

Will he be crowned as the Finals MVP? Come watch him live in action on May 18th!
