🇷🇴 Have you ever thought of visiting the Muntii Făgăraș (Mounts Făgăraș) ?

🛣️ One of the most famous roads in the world, the Transfăgărășan, is located there. It’s only accessible during warm months of the year. The famous British automotive journalist Jeremy Clarkson once referred to Transfăgărășan as „the best road in the world.“

🚗 To explore those mountains, it‘s better to have a car. Some tours are organized from Sibiu. We stayed in Făgăraș and we were lucky to find a taxi to go to the hiking paths.

🐻 There a lots of bears there, so take care! We‘ve seen one ☺️

🌊 Lacul Bâlea and Lacul Capra are two lakes that you can‘t miss. The first one is more touristic than the second one. It‘s a beloved place of Romanians.

🥾 There are a lot of hiking paths which offers great scenic landscapes.

🏰 Sighișoara is a beautiful town. You can feel the history walking there.

🚆 You can reach there by . The journey lasts around 3h from Brașov or about 6h from Bucharest.

🇷🇴 Have you ever thought to go to Sinaia, Romania ?

🏰 This city is known for the Peleș castle. This castle is a stunning Neo-Renaissance palace known for its picturesque setting and intricate architecture.

🥾 This city was built at the bottom of the Bucegi mountains. It‘s a good place to stay to hike in this natural space.

🇱🇹 Have you heared of Kaunas, Lithuania ?

🏙️ Kaunas is the second biggest city in Lithuania.

🏛️ Kaunas, has a UNESCO World Heritage Site status for its well-preserved modernist architecture and urban planning.

🚉 You can go to Kaunas from Vilnius by train or by bus. It will take you around 1,5 hour.

🍦 And if you‘re looking for delicious ice creams and milkshakes, I highly recommend Gelato Archie !

🇷🇴 Have you ever visiting Bran where there is Dracula‘s castle ?

🏰 The castle is really beautiful and picturesque.

🚍 You can go there by public transportation from Brașov. You have to take the bus from the „autogara 2“. The bus company is Transbus Codreanu.

🤸 To avoid crowds, I suggest to go esrly in the morning, before the organized tours are heading to the castle.

🇫🇮 Are you searching for a city with many different faces ? So you should go to Helsinki, the capital of Finland.

🏙️ The architecture of Helsinki is quite modern. You can‘t miss the wonderful Lutherian Cathedral Helsingin Tuomiokirkko.

🏝️ Helsinki is also composed of few islands like the most touristic one Suomenlinna which was a historic sea-fortress.

⛪️ The Temppeliaukion kirkko is a church built directly into solid rock. This place is really unique. If you want to visit the church, you‘ll have to pay an entrance fee.

🚉 The public transportation system is really good. It‘s really easy to travel in Helsinki.

🇱🇹 Have you ever thought of going to Klaipeda, Lithuania ?

⚓️ This city is located on the Baltic sea.

🏖️ Klaipėda's beach, offers beautiful sandy shores and a relaxing seaside atmosphere.

⛴️ To access to the beach, you need to take a ferry. The cruise lasts 10 min and the cost for a round-trip ticket is 1,50€ (in august 2023).
