Hendricks, Kane, and you are now on your own as you arrive at Ramses Station, where Dr. Yousef Salim is alive and held by the Egyptian Army. You meet with Lt. Zeyad Khalil, who tells you that the army won’t be able to protect Salim for much longer. Despite their limited resources, Khalil reveals that the DEAD Systems, thanks to the Allied Drone Defense Act, still keep the NRC at bay.
You head to the interrogation room, where Hendricks handles the questioning alone. He doesn’t notice when you secretly place a tracker in Salim’s cup. The interrogation turns aggressive as Hendricks presses Salim about the Frozen Forest, but the station is attacked before you can get more information. Hendricks and you fight alongside Khalil and his men to defend the station and then move to the Eastern Checkpoint to detonate the streets and prevent the NRC from advancing. However, the NRC diverted their attack to Safiya Square, trying to find another way.
You rush to Safiya Square, only to realize it is a distraction. Taylor’s team breaches Ramses Station and captures Salim. You fight your way back to Safiya Square, holding off the NRC. Taylor contacts you, saying that his team needs the doctor and questioning why you couldn’t just let them take him.
After defending Safiya Square, more NRC VTOLs arrive as Kane alerts you that the DEAD Systems are down. Khalil is furious, blaming you for losing Ramses and predicting that the rest of Cairo will fall as well. You tell him that you need to fight back, but he responds that you don’t even know where Taylor’s team is. You ask Kane about the tracker, and she reveals that it’s south of Kebechet. Khalil reluctantly hopes he’s right to trust you.

Making it to chaotic Singapore, you and Hendricks tell Kane you're on your way, much to her disapproval (having disobeyed orders). Finding the 54i committing atrocities, you and Hendricks make your way to Kane's location. On the way, Hendricks starts to doubt Kane's loyalty and regrets returning to save her. Taylor eventually hacks into your comms, expressing his anger over the CIA's secret black project. He asks who the real bad guys are, the yes-men (CIA), or those left to rot (54i). Taylor also expresses his satisfaction at seeing the 54 Immortals commit acts of brutality, believing their anger to be "righteous."
You and Hendricks stealthily walk through the café and temple courtyard to avoid attention. Kane doesn't respond on comms, leading Hendricks to assume the comms are interrupted, but you sense it's something else. As you expected, Goh Xiulan has taken Kane hostage, taken over the safe house, and can communicate with you and Hendricks on comms (with Taylor's help).
Killing the entire 54i's arsenal, you and Hendricks attempt to enter the building but are knocked backwards by an explosion. Refusing to leave Kane to die, you enter the building against Hendricks' orders. Inside, you dispatch grunts and untie Kane from her straps. Attacked by Goh Xiulan, you subdue and kill her by pushing her head into a flame. You and Kane leave the burning safe house, and you ask Hendricks if he has anything to say. In response, Hendricks is disturbed by the blood on you as the trio leaves the scene.

You and Hendricks reach the Singapore Quarantine Zone's abandoned Coalescence Corporation facility, the place where 300,000 people died due to an explosion created by Corvus. You remove the 54i enemies by the entrance and then deal with an ASP-C. You enter the facility and try to investigate deeper within. Hendricks deploys a recon drone to aid your search, and you head down into the cavern. The drone is mysteriously destroyed after reaching one of the lower levels, but you still continue your investigation.
You then encounter GI units that Kane says are "corrupted," and you deal with them quickly. You find Diaz in the lower facility levels, hooked up to the central CPU core, trying to upload CIA safe house and operation locations worldwide. You manage to destroy the core and wound Diaz, but unfortunately, you fail to secure the CIA data. Diaz dies, and the remaining 54i leader, Goh Xiulan, discovers you from outside and sends 54i forces to deal with you, just before ordering the facility to be flooded. You and Hendricks escape and disobey a direct order to get to Kane and rescue her, who is at the Singapore safe house before 54i forces get to her first.

Hendricks uses his charm to set up a meeting with his old friend, Danny Li, to sell robots to the 54 Immortals. You and Hendricks arrive, sharing a smoke with Danny Li. During their conversation, Hendricks and Li discuss the dire situation in Singapore, where the Winslow Accord has erected walls to contain radiation.
Li agrees to view the robots, but the Goh Siblings soon enter, revealing their awareness of your identities as WA Special Forces. Despite Hendricks' attempt to persuade them otherwise, you are forced to let the grunts handle the situation. The grunts likely kill Danny Li, Goh Min, and most of the 54i soldiers, while Goh Xiulan and a surviving guard flee.
You and Hendricks, alongside your grunts, pursue Goh Xiulan to prevent her from uploading sensitive CIA information. Battling against 54i Soldiers, Talons, and Warlords, you make your way to Xiulan's location. Upon reaching her, Hendricks knocks her out, and you sever her hand to access the console, allowing Hendricks to interface with the system.
As Hendricks downloads the data, you defend him. Your extraction plan is foiled when your transport is shot down, forcing you to escape using ziplines and boats as the 54i HQ collapses. Afterwards, you question Hendricks about whether he believes Taylor killed his own team, to which Hendricks responds with uncertainty.

Upon landing, Hendricks and the Player witness the brutal murder of two civilians by the 54 Immortals. Infuriated, Hendricks defies the Player's orders and engages the 54i, leading to an all-out battle between the two agents and the enemy. Despite a drone strike called in by Kane failing due to the storm, Hendricks disobeys her and moves towards the ship to disable the system.
The Player and Hendricks succeed, barely escaping the storm. They encounter more soldiers until a Warlord appears, forcing them into cover. Suddenly, Kane arrives, having been drawn by the noise, and takes down the Warlord. The agents clear the remaining 54i forces and reach the site, finding it in ruins.
Inside, they eliminate the last 54i troops attempting to breach the site and discover the remains of the agents killed by Denial of Reincarnation, their eyes gouged out, ears severed, and noses crushed. All data drives, camera footage, reports, and debriefs are missing. Kane then reveals that John Taylor's team was the last to be stationed here, a revelation met with disbelief by Hendricks and the Player.

You wake up aboard a futuristic train in 2054, sitting across from John Taylor. Suddenly, the train explodes after a conversation where Taylor reveals you're in a hospital about to undergo surgery. He explains you're linked to a neural interface, experiencing a simulation in Switzerland.
Taylor tells you about a terrorist attack thwarted by Zurich Security Forces that day. Next, you're thrust into a steel mill, learning combat skills from Sebastian Diaz. You discover your ability to control technology remotely and experience haunting memories. Diaz helps you cope with these triggers.
Moving forward, you're involved in capturing Xavier Hirtzel with Sarah Hall's guidance. Hirtzel dies in the pursuit. Hall then advises a risky procedure to gather intelligence from Hirtzel's brain.
Later, you navigate through a cybernetic training session with Peter Maretti, acquiring new abilities to combat the terrorist cell. Maretti warns about mortality in the face of danger.
Back on the train with Taylor, you race against time to stop another explosion. Although you can't prevent it, Taylor reveals it was a test. You awaken in the hospital, learning your colleague Hendricks has joined the project.

You're in the thick of it at the Abu Simbel airport, controlling the action as the Player alongside Hendricks and their squad, Alpha soldiers. Your mission: a high-stakes rescue operation to retrieve Minister Said. With some clever maneuvering, you create a massive diversion, clearing a path to the compound.
Things heat up as you take down an NRC plane using cutting-edge tech, narrowly averting disaster. Inside the compound, you locate Minister Said and learn about Lieutenant Khalil, a key figure in the Cairo uprising. Against orders, you rescue Khalil, risking everything.
As you fight your way through enemy territory, facing overwhelming odds, Taylor's team comes to your rescue. With the mission hanging in the balance, you adapt, blowing up a bridge to alter your escape route.
But danger still lurks, with assault robots closing in. Seeking refuge in a garage, you make a split-second decision to split up: Taylor's team will rescue hostages while Hendricks' team makes a break for it in an APC.
The escape is harrowing, with intense battles against enemy forces and a nerve-wracking crash. Just when it seems all hope is lost, Taylor swoops in to save you, though at great cost.

When the remaining Sentinel forces arrive at the decimated base that Atlas destroyed, Cormack succumbs to his wounds, prompting Gideon to consider an endgame to avenge their comrade.
Mitchell and Gideon in AST suits are airlifted by unmanned helicopter drones while Atlas and the US Military continue to fight in New Baghdad. Gideon and Mitchell destroy a large number of Atlas forces on nearby roads and rivers until they reach their drop point. Because the streets are contaminated with Manticore, Kingpin implies that they will not send reinforcements. After falling into the river below, the pair infiltrates the underground launch centre and slaughters all personnel in the area before reaching the launch chamber. Mitchell and Gideon destroy the engine's generator and stop the rocket as it prepares to take off, destroying their ASTs and incapacitating Mitchell in the process.
Gideon drags Mitchell into a lobby, where they take out a few soldiers briefly, Mitchell fading in and out of consciousness. When the two reach the top of the spire, Irons collapses and locks their exoskeletons into submission, demonstrating their dependence. Irons elaborates on his ideologies and intentions, including his disappointment in Mitchell and his ultimate goal of liberating the world, beginning with extermination. When the Sentinels call in an airstrike on the building, bombing the other half and leaving Irons hanging for his life, Mitchell manually releases from his exoskeleton and chases Irons to a garden.
As Irons begs him, Mitchell uses his knife to amputate his prosthetic arm, casting it into the inferno below with Irons. Mitchell then drops his knife as Gideon comes to his side and assists him in leaving the area, both staring into the

Gideon, Mitchell, Ilona, and a recently captured Cormack are marched into an Atlas prison camp and forced into a torture room by abusive guards. Irons walks in and expresses his displeasure with Ilona, Mitchell, and Gideon. When Cormack confronts him, he takes an Atlas 45 from a guard and shoots Cormack, telling him to consider whether it was all worth it, and then disables Mitchell's prosthetic arm as revenge, rendering it useless. After Irons departs, Gideon and Ilona dispatch two guards and lead the group to safety, with Ilona accompanying them.
A security door separates the group, forcing Gideon and Mitchell to go their separate ways. Mitchell is forced to use a limited number of weapons one-handed due to his broken prosthetic arm, and the Atlas 45 is the only one that can be effectively aimed down the sights. He is unable to reload, so when his current weapon runs out of ammo, he will drop it and use a knife before picking up a new firearm. Melee is now done with pistol-whipping and will no longer be a one-hit kill. The duo successfully eliminates the majority of the troopers in the area and captures a Warbird, which is promptly destroyed by an airborne AST. Gideon assists Mitchell in entering and piloting the still-operational mech; Mitchell then paves the way through more infantry until reaching a security gate, where he allows his teammate access before self-destructing and ejecting from the suit.
As they flee the camp, Sentinel Task Force bombs the facility in response to Gideon's initial request to Kingpin.

The US military was preparing a massive force in Iraq for a strike on the Atlas HQ. Gideon and Mitchell are present to confirm Kingpin's instructions for Irons' capture. As the group (Gideon, Mitchell, and Knox) fly towards the city in fighter jets, they are bombarded by dozens of Atlas drones and AA platforms. The Sentinels crash land in the heart of New Baghdad after a brief battle through a canyon. Mitchell destroys three MD Turrets and three ASTs, allowing the group to move deeper into the HQ's main building. Knox directs Mitchell towards a pair of Stingers as the two prepare to destroy the obstructing Titans until several drones arrive and distribute Manticore in the area, killing Knox and distracting the Sentinels. Mitchell, Gideon, and Ilona are the only ones who are unaffected.
Atlas troops incapacitate Gideon, Mitchell, and Ilona and transport them to a prison camp while Irons taunts them via video feed. The trio is then transported to an Atlas Prison Camp, where they meet a captured Cormack.

Cormack and Knox at the Sentinels' headquarters keep a network of incoming radio transmissions about the massive casualties caused by the Golden Gate Bridge's destruction. A helicopter transports them to the disabled aircraft carrier of the United States Navy's Third Fleet, where they meet up with Gideon and Mitchell. The Sentinels planted jammers on both sides of the ship before making their way to the bridge, where they defeated Atlas PMC forces in their path. Cormack gives Mitchell control of a fleet railgun emplacement for a brief moment, destroying two Atlas cargo ships loaded with Manticore. Knox inquires about their next mission, to which Cormack responds by informing the group that Irons will be executed for killing the innocents.

Mitchell and Gideon pursue an Atlas truck onto the Golden Gate Bridge, taking out several hostile vehicles with a roof-mounted plasma turret until the group's Pitbull is rammed, flipping it and forcing them to proceed on foot. Gideon, Saint, and Mitchell fight their way through a small group of soldiers to the target truck, where Mitchell tries to open the rear door only to be knocked back by a drone swarm.
The drones detonated in unison after latching onto the bridge's suspension cables, bringing the bridge down onto the US Third Fleet's carrier and causing collateral damage. Mitchell manages to save a San Francisco Police Sergeant and reunites with Gideon as they witness the destruction of the Golden Gate Bridge.

Gideon and Mitchell deploy to Strandja, Bulgaria, where they discuss Irons' betrayal until their Razorback is destroyed by an EMP, forcing them to crash land in a forest. Mitchell briefly loses consciousness before flashing back to running with Gideon as the two try to flee a persistent helicopter sniper. The duo is cornered by the sniper after crossing a creek, forcing Mitchell to use his exoskeleton's cloak until the chopper leaves.
Gideon and Mitchell elude several soldiers and kill a few, with Mitchell picking up unsilenced HBRa3s. They manage to avoid several ASTs and troops until a vehicle equipped with an anti-cloak scanner (a seeker) appears, which they narrowly avoid. They eventually find Cormack and Knox, who are standing on a cliff overlooking the facility. The four Sentinels rappel down, revealing the holographic ceiling that was used to conceal the facility.
After shooting their way inside, the Sentinels recover vital Manticore information as well as Atlas' plans and destroy the evidence, causing a security breach and alerting both scientists and soldiers to their presence. The Sentinels eventually make their way to a courtyard and encounter ASTs, which Mitchell defeats. The group eventually comes together around an experimental tank.
Mitchell pilots it and decimates infantry and armor alike until they reach the rendezvous point, where Gideon destroys the tank as they make their escape.

The Sentinels are preparing to bring down the Atlas plane and retrieve the cargo just hours after planting the tracker. Cormack and Mitchell are on the hunt for an Atlas VTOL cargo plane carrying the Manticore. They land on the plane and attach plasma cutters to the wings, which are quickly picked up by a smaller drone to control the plane's descent into Antarctica. The aircraft crashes lands at the Darwin Glacier intercept point, where Sentinel forces are waiting to secure the cargo. Then, a quick alert is sent to Atlas, and troops drop in from drop pods on an Atlas Orbital Platform.
The cargo is fought over, and eventually the Sentinels extract it on board a Guardian 5, only to be shot down by an AST and crash land in the distance. After Atlas has defeated the Sentinels, Ilona, Cormack, and Mitchell fall into a ravine. They battle their way to the surface in order to intercept the cargo. When they arrive at the crash site of Guardian 5, they discover that the crew has already been executed by Atlas forces and that the cargo has been secured. Mitchell falls through the ice into the water, but is rescued by Gideon, whose Atlas team has Ilona and Cormack captured.
He tells Mitchell to trust him and informs Atlas that the Sentinel troops, as well as his teammates Juarez and Michaels, have been killed. The two Atlas troops appear befuddled, but Gideon dispatches them. He then assists Sentinel in shooting down the warplane with Stinger missiles before crashing on a hill. An avalanche occurs, and Mitchell secures one module of the cargo before the avalanche buries it. A Sentinel helicopter rescues the team, and Gideon joins the Sentinels.

Cormack has recruited Ilona and Mitchell into the Sentinel Task Force two months after the incident in New Baghdad, determined to bring Irons down one by one. The group travels to Bangkok, Thailand, and meets in a cave overlooking the estate, which is hosting a lavish party. Cormack gives Mitchell a grappling hook so he can move around the estate quietly.
Mitchell arrives and narrowly avoids patrolling drones before searching the location's database for specific information. Shortly after arriving at Irons' study, Mitchell and Cormack reunite and hitch a ride to Irons' meeting with Pierre Danois (as Bellamy) to discuss Manticore.
As the two depart, a cargo plane takes off, transporting multiple crates of Manticore to Argentina's Rio Gallegos Air Base. Cormack and Mitchell successfully grapple onto the plane and install a tracker on its wing to track its main course. The two then jump into a nearby river, where Navy SEALs are waiting to rescue them.

Irons is interviewed in Atlas headquarters in New Baghdad two months after the event in Greece, discussing with a reporter Atlas' efficiency in both war and social reconstruction, while denying any political ties.
While Gideon is complimenting Mitchell on killing Hades, Ilona sends Mitchell and Gideon a message to meet them in a private location. After analysing Hades' data chip, the encrypted file reveals a recording in which the Technologist warns Irons of the 2055 attacks all over the world. Irons, on the other hand, executed the technologist in order to profit from the attacks. Gideon, on the other hand, does not believe the video is genuine. A flashbang is thrown into the room, stunning Ilona and Mitchell as they exclaim that they must leave before it's too late.
Irons then enters the room with two Atlas MPs, claiming the file is false and leaving with Gideon, while the MPs arrest Ilona and Mitchell. An anonymous person then contacts Mitchell and instructs him to flee; the fire sprinkler system then unexpectedly activates, allowing the duo to subdue their captors before fleeing the building and the entire city. Irons then places the building under lockdown and dispatches capable soldiers into the surrounding urban area.
Ilona and Mitchell approach a rooftop, listening to the caller's instructions, where the anonymous man turns out to be Cormack, Mitchell's former squad leader. However, Gideon and Joker arrive, and Gideon reports that the "rooftops are clear" after threatening Ilona with a hunt if she was wrong about Irons' involvement.

Mitchell and Ilona, posing as a honeymooning couple in a coffee shop in Santorini, survey the plaza below in search of a KVA keyman. After locating their quarry, the pair flees and infiltrates a small KVA hideout, where they clear the area and equip their exoskeletons, arming a WASP piloted by Mitchell for aerial surveillance.
Mitchell, using the cloaked drone, assists Gideon's squad until they reach the conference room and kill Hades, who is revealed to be a double strapped with explosives. Mitchell manages to apprehend several targets in the ensuing chaos before the drone is destroyed. Ilona and Mitchell follow a signal from Hades' double to a street where Hades is expected to drive by after fleeing the area in a convoy. On the way, they must avoid both KVA forces and a sniper hidden in the tower of a church; he is eventually dealt with when Mitchell destroys the church with a nearby Stinger.
Mitchell plants a road charge, which explodes when the convoy passes, causing a traffic jam. He drags Hades out of his vehicle after cleaning up the rest of the area as an SUV arrives and attempts to run over Mitchell, only to get him stuck behind the van. Hades regains consciousness as Ilona murders the driver and engages in a brief fistfight with her. As Hades gains the upper hand, Mitchell steps in and slashes his throat with Hades' knife. Before dying, Hades hands Mitchell a data chip and says, "Irons knows."

Four years have passed since the KVA's actions, which resulted in dozens of nuclear attacks all over the world. Mitchell and Gideon exit a Warbird at an Atlas camp in Detroit, Michigan, where Gideon declares that 2.5 million people live in camps like the one they're in. Before going down a staircase, Gideon mentions that the KVA "have the balls to move in next door." Gideon leads Mitchell through a refugee camp where civilians live in misery under Atlas' rule, protected by patrolling soldiers. Joker joins the duo and explains the KVA's tenacity, as well as their mission objective: capture Dr. Pierre Danois, Hades' second-in-command.
Torres, Joker, Mitchell, and Gideon leave the camp on hoverbikes and ride through the ruined city, splitting up to investigate a rumored occupied building. Gideon and Mitchell enter the school and try to sweep quietly until Mitchell falls through a broken floor and loses his weapon, forcing him to silently maneuver two enemy troops, killing one and brutally stabbing another.
He re-groups with Gideon as they push forward and meet up with their comrades until they reach a stumbling block, at which point Mitchell is forced to move a van to provide cover for the group. Danois is apprehended inside the target building, and the group briefly encounters the Sentinels, who send them on their way.
Danois' absence alarmed the remaining KVA operatives in the area, who chase the Atlas operatives back to the camp, sending a chopper after them. As the group returns safely to camp, friendly ASTs destroy the chopper as the entrance seals shut.

The KVA attack the Vekron Pacific Reactor, prompting Atlas' team Bravo to intervene. Gideon briefs Mitchell on their mission as they prepare to deploy in Seattle. Gideon makes a joke about Korea's radiation before fighting to explain the critical nature of the facility. Mitchell kills a few enemy soldiers before ziplining to the ground; during the fight, a hijacked Titan arrives and is destroyed with a Stinger M7. Mitchell has the option of bringing in an MT to push through the swarm of KVA or using the Mobile Barricade.
When the group enters the facility, Prophet reminds them that the reactor's temperature is rising and the indicators are moving at a slower pace than usual. They encounter and kill dozens of KVA troops there. The team then boards an elevator that takes them to a soldier-filled engine room. As Mitchell uses his assault drone to eliminate all of them, Joker deploys a cover shield, allowing access to the control room.
Carter is killed as he enters due to the full force of the explosion from the rigged door. Gideon tries and fails to correct the situation. As the facility undergoes a massive meltdown, the group is forced to flee. When a cooling tower collapses, Mitchell is temporarily rendered inoperable as Joker screams for Carter's death, but Gideon arrives in a VTOL to rescue them.

During Operation Hammer Strike, Jack Mitchell, their command sergeant Cormack, Will Irons, and fellow marine Jackson are in a drop pod observing a battlefield in Seoul, South Korea. The pod is hit by weapon fire, and Jackson is on the verge of falling out before Mitchell closes the blast shield and saves him. The Marines exit the pod after it crashes lands on a rooftop. They jump off the building and land safely on the ground thanks to their exo boosters.
Mitchell, Irons, and Cormack reassemble with their allies, who direct them to reinforce a friendly demonstration team attempting to destroy an enemy gunship up the street. They start fighting their way forward, but are stopped by an oncoming swarm of enemy drones. Mitchell, Irons, and Cormack rip the doors off nearby cars to use as improvised riot shields before making their way to a waiting vehicle. They destroy the drones with the vehicle's EMP capability and continue forward.
When the group finally reaches the demo team, they discover that they are no longer alive. Cormack takes command of the mission and directs Mitchell and Irons to recover the bomb and destroy the gunship. Mitchell obtains the bomb, proceeds to the gunship, and hands it over to Irons, who plants it.
The access panel, however, closes on Irons' arm, and when Mitchell is unable to save him, Irons pushes him off the gunship to save him. The bomb detonates as the gunship attempts to take off, killing Irons and destroying the gunship. The blast knocks Mitchell away, and as he tries to recover, a stray piece of shrapnel slices into his left arm.
