I woke this morning to a message from Russell saying congratulations. Bewildered I wondered if I was actually awake yet or just dreaming.
I've had to sit with this for most of today as emotionally I haven't been in a great place. So to have this happen is surreal and the timing incredible as I've felt like I'm drowning and failing in most things atm. Yes things have been incredibly hard.
During mental health week I'll be discussing everything more including imposters syndrome and my fear of success (I had always thought I feared failure).
