How many Commons is Crypto in South East Asia?
The second and third highest rates of cryptocurrency use in the survey were recorded in Vietnam and the Philippines, respectively. Again, remittance payments play a role in the widespread use of cryptocurrency. According to bitcoin.com, the Philippines' Central Bank has approved several crypto exchanges to operate as "remittance and transfer companies" in the country. The government itself is already meddling in cryptocurrency by setting up blockchain app bonds.ph with Unionbank to distribute government bonds. Unionbank has also installed a Bitcoin ATM in Makati (Metro Manila), showing how cryptocurrencies are slowly entering the mainstream in the country.

Merdeka 118 is the building that has surpassed Landmark 81 and the Petronas Twin Towers to become the tallest building in Southeast Asia. This is also the second tallest structure in the world, completed in 2022 in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. Merdeka 118 is the first building in Malaysia to receive a triple platinum rating from worldwide sustainability certifications, including Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED). The height of the tower is 678.9m with an impressive 118 floors. In Malay, Merdeka means independence. The reason the tower got this name is because the construction location is close to two historical landmarks, Merdeka Stadium and Negara Stadium.
