"we've known each other for about 18 years and for close to 11 of those years we've been together" Reggie

It's a wonderful thing to celebrate a birthday but to also propose to your girlfriend of nearly 11 years on your birthday, I'd like to think thats the best present anyone could ever have.

Noelene thought they would be heading to one of Reggie's music gigs, little did she know she would get her own private concert with a very special song written by Reggie.

A big congratulations to Reggie and Noelene! I'm sure all your friends and family have been waiting for this to happen for years now! Thank you for trusting me to film a very memorable day.
