Once upon a time there was a woman with a podcast. Then the podcast sort of...trailed off.
I got an email this week from my host site, PodBean, reminding me to renew my membership. And now I'm torn.
FB keeps telling me I have new listeners every week, but honestly I think it's some kind of glitch.
So my question to you is - do you ever listen back to old episodes, perhaps pining for more? Do I pay up and keep Robyn's Ramblings around, the door left ever so slightly ajar in case I am, someday, inspired to start recording again? Or do I let it go and fade into oblivion?

Episode 24: We're all so happy to be able to shop in stores and drink on patios. But as Ontario starts to slowly reopen, the performing arts are left waiting in the wings. Rachel Schwarz returns for a candid conversation about what it's going to take to get the arts sector back on its feet.

Many of us are thrilled with the reopening of patios and shopping across Ontario. But others, like those in the performing arts, are left waiting in the wings. Rachel Schwarz, founder and artistic director at the Brio Academy and Studio Black Productions, is back for a chat about what it's going to....

Well hello there Robyn's Ramblings listeners. Long time no see, or talk, or anything. Life's been a little...well...2020 for the last little while and the podcast has taken a backseat to everything else.
I'll be bringing you some new shows in the new year, but in the meantime why don't we take a step back to where it all began, the Robyn's Ramblings blog. A nice, quiet read by the Christmas tree, perhaps? I hope you enjoy.

Robyn’s Ramblings: The Podcast So…life got weird, eh? Coronavirus, kids off school til God knows when, laid off from my job, can’t see our families… What the hell, man? After almost two months of being at home with the kids all the live-long day, I’ve started going a little stir-crazy. Not...

Episode 23: We're drawing back the political curtain once again. Darrin Canniff is the Mayor of Chatham-Kent, but also husband to Christine and dad to four active kids. He and Christine graciously invited me into their home for a (physically distanced) chat about life both in and out of politics, and their love of community.

(Also, huge thanks to the kids you can hear rumbling around in the background, making us dinner!)

Episode 20: Whoops, got a little ragey and ranty in my ramblings this week. Today I'm talking about grief and loss and how sometimes the internet can be a pit of judginess and cruelty. I cried recording it, you may cry listening (sorry) but I had to get some things off my chest. Be kind to one another.

In the meantime, I'm working away on next week's show.
